yung 3 yrs na sinasabi nila is MINIMUM TOTAL work exp assessment for the "additional service for work experience to claim points"..
<u><b>Note: </b></u>magkaiba ang skills assessment (it will be based on your CDR/career episode) versus yung additional service sa work experience..Kaya magkaiba rin ang bayad nila..
a) yung standard skills assessment - it will be based on your CDR/career episode, at wlang tinitingnang minimum work exp dito.. ang importante mademonstrate mo yung skills required
b) yung additional service sa work experience - ay titingnan kung ang lahat ng work exp mo ay relevant sa nominated occupation, so you can claim points.. at para maka-claim ng points, you need to have ATLEAST 3 YEARS CUMULATIVE work experience (kahit isa or ilang company pa yan)
so in your case:
sa <u>A) standard skills assessment</u> - kung anung career episodes mo, kailangan mong magprovide ng COE+job desc sa job na yun..
about <u>B) yung additional service sa work experience</u>,
kung gusto mo isama both, walang problema...
kung gusto mo Job A lang, okay lang din kasi 8 yrs ka naman dun (you can claim max 15pts)
kung job B lang, hindi ka makakuha ng points ( kasi less than 3yrs un)
so if you decided to include both.. your assessment will be something like this;
a) skills assessment - positive; education - comparable to AU degree ( or AU diploma)
b) work exp - Job A (8yrs) + job B (2 yrs) = 10 yrs assessed as relevant to nominated occupation
