Yung sa friend ko may isang company sya na hindi na rin nya makita mga payslips, so EAU contacted him and he supplied nalang yung ITR. And they approved it. Im not sure if this will be applicable for all.

Yes, kasi naka-address sa EAU ung letter diba. So transparent naman ako sa previous/current managers ko. Hehe. Tinulungan naman nila ako.

for Standard CDR or Standard CDR+RSEA neither need for pay slip. you may refer to MSA booklet 2020 page 28 of 50 for RSEA should you want the service need a Work reference letter indicating you full time pay rate as primary doc and ITR,SSS and Work permit as Secondary Doc however, in your Visa application for 189/190 better if you can provide pay slips as a strong evidence.

Graduate po ako sa iskul sa Pinas na Section 3, pano po ba nalalaman kung saan accord ako?
May 3years plus ako na experience po. Pero madami naman po akong natapos na project. Maaari po kaya na isang company lang po tapos andun na po ang 3 career episode? Pero as is po position ko sa company,Application Engineer po.

Maraming salamat po. Currently po, nasa Sydney po ako nagwowork pero wala po akong balak na isama ang work ko dito hehe.

Mas magandang evidence ang ITR kasi government issued yun kaya mas okay sa EA yun compared sa payslip na pwedeng gawa gawa lang ng applicant. Saka pwede naman magrandom na maginquire sa BIR.

Ang problem lang sa BIR, hindi sila nagtatago ng copy ng after how many years. Naitanong ko ito sa BIR and wala silang database kaya kung nawala ang emoployee's copy, wala na. Unless nagtatago ng copy rin sa company pero sa previous employer, 5 years na data lang sila nagtatago.

Hello engineers, new member here,

nag preprepare palang ako documents for EA assessment,

if ITR ang gagamitin kailangan ba for every year of employment?, if payslip ilang months ang pwede i attach?
Yung old employment ko hindi ako nakakuha ng COE, pwede ba gamitin yung Job offer/ contract as proof?
Need ba ipapirma sa current employer yung CDR?

ITR recommended every year and Payslip every quarter of the year
Yes pwd Contract Employment but i think need yong job descriptions mo are indicated. you can double check in MSA booklet 2020 (google mo) page 28
No need signature from your employer yong CDR

Hello, ask ko lang. Ano po pdeng ilagay sa CPD if hindi prinactice ung course? Ung degree ko po kasi is Industrial Engineer, magpapaassess ako for degree lang since naging Supply Chain ung career path and work experience ko. Wala akong seminars na related sa IE mismo after grumaduate.

Another question, meron pa po ba ibang hinihingi si EA after magsubmit ng initial docs if degree lang ipapaassess? E.g. kelangan ba ng official letter from university na ikaw gumawa talaga ng mga career episodes?

pano kapag wala pong naitagong copy ng itr at payslip sa mga dating company? ung itr ba narrequest un sa bir para sa year na nagwork kahit previous employer na?

I would like to ask po for help regarding the preparation for Skills assessment sa EA.. I currently have a problem with my previous employer since nag disband na yung company after ako nag resign back in December 2021. I managed to get a copy of my COE but I know kailangan ng list of responsibilities na attached para ma acknowledge yung work experience.

My questions are:

Is it possible po ba na gumawa na lang ako ng list of roles and responsibilities and mag pa sign ako sa naka work ko na general contractor and I will also attach his name and phone number?
I did not have an ITR since I was earning way below the taxable rate here in the province. The company did not issue payslips every payday either, but I have a couple of pictures of bank transfer slips from our accounting head back then. I saw some comments regarding using the SSS contribution from the company as proof of being employed as well. Can I use these instead?
One of my past work experience only had a job offer with the list of responsibilities, and I have a COE from them. Can I use this too?

I have an accumulated about 2 years of being a Civil Engineer in the last 5 years.

With regards to the points,

I currently have 75 points but the cut off last invitation was 85 points from what I heard.

25-33 years old : 30 points

Superior English: 20 points

Work experience outside of Australia: Less than 3 years - 0 points

Work experience in Australia: Less than 1 year - 0 points

Qualifications: School is listed as section 1 based on the list here - 15 points

Partner Skills: Single - 10 points

Total: 75 points

Any feedback would be highly appreciated!

Yes and No - you can make a list of roles and responsibilities but have it signed by your previous employer itself who signed your previous COE

Yes - You can use social contributions if asked by EA. Since you are from a sec 1, your chances of getting a positive skills assessment is high though you'll get a hard time in the visa lodgment proper if you don't have an ITR (I thought even employees earning below the taxable rate are required to file/ employer has to file their ITRs)

No - back to number 1, you can make a list of roles and responsibilities and have it signed by your previous employer

Yes - as long as your CDR demonstrates your skills, technical abilities, competency, and language abilities suited as a Civil Engineer very well.

Puede ka po magrequest ng ITR and payslip copy sa previous employer mo po kasi nakatabi yan sa records nila. Mas ok if with letter stating na for visa application purposes for formality. Approach mo lang po yung HR 🙂

try mo request s BIR am sure they have copy if your employer file tax. pwd rin SSS and pag-ibig contribution

For RSEA, you must provide Work reference letter as primary docs and SSS or pag ibig Contribution as your Secondary document.

you can submit EOI for 190 NSW and VICM, NSW invites 75 +5 nomination.
