If you study the past invitation rounds, those 2 ANZCO jobs usually have the same minimum points for invite (85pts). Meaning it won't matter which you nominate (more or less, unless magbago this year), as long as you can score at least 85pts. However, if you will go for PR190, each state will have a list of their preferred occupations. You can check each state's list to verify. You can do the research yourself.
What will matter significantly is your CDR career episodes, the CO will decide which is more suited for your experience. Wala kang magagawa if they decide that your skills are for one code or the other.
Finally, whichever anzco code you nominate when you lodge your EOI and, eventually, Visa, will not affect which jobs you can apply for when you land in Australia (if, halimbawa you think one "title" is lesser than the other.)
