Sana po may makasagot sa query ko.

Paano po kaya kapag walang sss, or any gov't contribution ung dati kong company. 2 months ako sa kanila. Wala akong naipon na payslip.

Nakausap ko na ung HR ko dun and humingi ako ng COE (same template requirement sa primary documents list) at tsaka for Secondary Documents I think possible kong hingin ay yung 3.1 and 3.2 sa list? Ang problem di ako sure kung yung

3.1 Work permit is yung work permit ng company (evidenece na legit company sila)

3.2 Official Contract Document from the Ministry of Labour - Pwede na ba yung payslips??

We just received today the outcome of my husband's EA Assessment. We submitted it last Sept 8 thru free fast track program. Pwede po kya to gamitin pag nag lodge kami ng EOI?

It looks different to a positive skills assessment for the PR points, here's a sample of what people use for PR

Nakalagay sa assessment nyo na can be used for employment purposes, or membership sa EA, not something for the skilled migration. Also parang wala din na AQF level na nakalagay, dun mo malalaman yung pts na macclaim mo for PR e. Better message EA kung pwede sya gamitin for PR

The RSEA is only for assessing relevant work exp - additional lang to sa mismong skills assessment. Meaning Mandatory na may positive skills assessment ka pero optional ang RSEA.

Pwede ka kasi makakuha ng positive assessment ng walang RSEA - nung nagpa assess ako dati wala ako work exp so I don't have an RSEA but I still have an AQF level mentioned (eto yung idedetermine nila yung level ng educ mo kung bachelors or hindi, this is not about work exp)- therefore pwede sya gamitin for skilled migration.

Walang ganitong statement yung sa pinakita mo, instead eto lang sinabi

It's the nature of your skill assessment itself - slightly iba ang content at statements na nakalagay compared to the standard one na ginagamit ng lahat sa migration. Dahil ata yan kasi dun sa component ng free fast track for employment purposes (not General Skilled migration). Don't bother with RSEA for now, as I said earlier imessage nyo EA to check if pwede yan gamitin sa migration purposes

I would like to ask regarding sa CDR making. Dapat po ba naganito yung Introduction Part sa Career Episodes? or pwede pong naka paragraph? Thank you in advance po sa makakasagot

Hi Guys, May doubt kasi ako sa ITR ko this current employer minimum kasi declare nila as may salary I am a Project Engineer and my salary is more than around 40k and conflict po kasi sa payslips at ITR ko. any suggestion po should I include my ITR in the EA?

In order to book a test date need to registre an account at MyNAATI , next exam date is on 22 Nov 23, limited yung slots and exam dates

hiwa-hiwalay dapat. even ung pang 189 dapat nakahiwalay. no limit sa pwede mong gawing EOI basta hiwa-hiwalay at dapat tama ung points na icclaim mo

Hi just a question. Anybody got a positive assessment by providing the following proof of employment?:

COE (for business travel), including contact info of HR, position and date of employment;
Job Offer Letter - with JD, payrate, hours worked;

Additionally, I will attach my ITR, SSS and Pag-ibig contributions.

2023 Compensation package - updated payrate

Aside from these, I can provide payslip from 2021-2023 monthly since computer generated sya.

Do you guys think that this is enough na po? Ayaw ko po kasi sana i-disclose yung plans ko sa company ko po. As this might create “chismis” and grounds po para mapin point ako in discussions etc. - office politics.

The only problem I see in this is the purpose of COE. You need to request a COE for assessment/visa purpose na recent ang date. Or generic COE with no purpose.

The rest look OK.
