hi! asking for advise. i'm a chemical engineering graduate, papaassess po sana as chemical engineer. but my work experience since graduating is software tester, pero ang tinetest ko na software ay deltav dcs. hoping to submit sa EA sana by May because my IELTS will expire by then (taken May 2021)

how long po usually until magka-assessment results?
i passed the licensure exam but never got my license. can try getting it soon pero wala pang sched ng oath taking. enough na po kaya yung board rating screenshot w my score and saying i passed?
plan ko po sana for career episodes ay 1. thesis 2. plant design (req din for graduation alongside thesis) and 3. current work ko po i can relate to chemical engineering. or mas ok po ba na 2 career episodes ang irelate ko sa work ko ngayon?

Hi good day! Pwede pa po ba palitan yung naupload na career episode, yung isa episode po kasi Manila,Philippines nailagay ko pero Pampanga po yung Plant namin although may mga plant dn naman kami sa manila. Thank you po 🙂

You don’t need a license. Just the evidence that you passed the board exam will suffice

Ano po ba pinakamadaling provide sa list? nakukuha po ba yan sa website lang nila or need pumunta sa office? Andito na po kasi ako Australia. malaking tulong po kung magabayan ninyo ako sa prcoess. You can easily get a copy of your contributions po for Philhealth/SSS/HDMF thru their specific websites. 🙂 While for the needed B.) payslip and C) ITR, I'm afraid it will be hard to secure another copy. But I remember reading po sa gc, if you are a member of Pinoy Australian Engineers someone tried to inquire BIR for the summary of taxes, just not sure if he was successful with it.

Nevermind this. I submitted all secondary documents requested except for BIR2316 for last year 2023 and explained my situation as to why I could not provide it in the feedback text field during information submission. But I still got a positive assessment with complete relevant experience, no deductions.

I would like to heartfully thank the existence of this forum! And thank you to the people here who replied to my inquiries, especially to @RheaMARN1171933 for the helpful and clear clarifications to my questions. It was a long and tedious work to get the requirements complete and accurate.

yung experience ko kasi sa work ko ngayon is may kinalaman sa instrumentation and control which is i think wala pa talagang license sa pilipinas ang isang ICE (instrumentation and Control Engineer). and problem ko dyan, ECE ako pero experience ko ay ICE in which "medyo" related naman. kailangan pa kaya ng PRC license if ganyan?
Sir, hoping na active pa po ito. Yung husband ko po ay licensed ECE pero ICE din po ang job, which is wala nga pong license sa pinas. Ask ko lang po, ano po yung inapplyan nyo po na role, Production/Plant Engineer po specialization: Automation and control engr? Or Electronics Engineer pa rin po?

Hi, ECE din po. Nominated occupation is Plant Engineer but EA advised to provide certification/license of Plant Engineer or another option is to nominate Engineering Technologist and asked for updated reference letter. after 1 week may positive outcome naman po. Thank God.

Hi, Instrumentation ka ano? Ang hirap i-explain kapag ECE haha! I just submitted my CDR last week, hoping for a positive outcome. I had to forego yung karamihan ng skills ko in instrumentation para mag-sound electronics sya. Buti na lang I also have few experiences in control systems, yun na lang ginamit ko. I'm very anxious na sa result, but I will also be okay with Engineering technologist kung yun talaga ang only choice.

Hello po, active pa po kaya ito? Nasa Au na po kayo? Magtatanong din po sana ako. Yung sa husband ko po kasi, ECE din po sya pero Instru&controls naging work nya po sa coal power plant. Balak po sana na mag pa assess as Plant Engineer din. Engineering Technologist po ba karaniwang result? Pag po ganun pwede pa rin iapply sa visa 189? Hoping for your reply po 😉

Shoot for Production & Plant Engineer, (Specialization: Automation Engineer). Depends on CDR, EA might give Engineering technologist. Just write the CDR based on Anzco descriptions to get better result. Both can apply for 189. If given the choice check mo na lang yung Skills Priority list (soft/high eme, google mo na lang) to help you decide.

Hello po pa follow up po nitong topic 😅 medyo busy po last year. Ngayon pa lang po balak mag asikaso. Mag ask lang po sana ako ng sample CDR nyo po? And hindi na po kayo hinanapan ng ICE license? ECE license na lang po yung ipapakita if ever?

Meron ako reference letter from my current employer, pero walang 5 main specific duties undertaken. Gusto ko lng po sana i-compare kung ano itsura.

hello po, sorry po if na ask na ito before. Graduate po ako ng Industrial Engineering but my work is not align. Ang experience po is contract admin but more on purchasing. Any suggestions po if kung anong pwede sa occupation list?

In the eyes of DoHA the EA outcome letter is only valid for 3 years from the date of issuance afaik

while with EA in fact there is no expiry

After 3 years we can request new outcome letter, papalitan lang nila ng date based lang to sa nabasa ko dito sa mga naunang thread nakakuha naman sila.
