@mistakenidentity I was notified by EA thru a letter sa mailbox ko po. The uppermost part of it mentions Ref. Contact ID na gagamitin mo for future correspondence.

Based sa application ng friend ko nagamit nia ung soft copy na may naka stamp na not suitable for visa application only sa state nomination application nia. Then the iea official outcome was received before pa lumabas ung result ng Vic State nomination.

Hi, How are you? I remember one time my body was held in a grip during going out and passing a cemetery gate in north cemetery and yes you are right, it actually felt like a stampede! I am still young then, i only had 1 thing to do, to be scared! Jijiji anyway, i just remember that.

I think, about your 19-week statement is really true but not now. My 19th week would be on June 9, 2014. EA received my papers on January 28, 2014. Plus 10 days after 19 weeks so the outcome will be on June 19, 2014.

But if you will check EA turnaround CO allocation now via email, it's already January 22 last monday. So if my computation is right, they will open my papers on Monday May 19. Then 10 days after monday which is May 29, the result released. That is 21 days away from my expected turn around time.

I am sorry for my english, i am just practising and yes to embrace the english language. Jijiji

Guys goodmorning! alam ko natanong na siguro to.. The cdr that i sent was receive last friday 16 May 2014, then nkatanggap ako text this morning sa bangko ko OCBC na nacharge na ko ng 870 aud ngyn 19 May 2014.. Paano ko mllman kung acknowledge na nila application ko? kelan mgstart ang takbo ng 19 weeks? salamat mga kapatid!

@karl_amogawin Sa case ko bro, April 23 na-deliver sa EA yung papers ko (based on sa tracking ng courier).

A day after (April 24) na-receive ko na yung text from bank na na-charge na yung 870 AUD.

Nung ipadala sakin ng EA yung Official Receipt with CID, April 23 (not 24) ang date na chi-narge nila yung assessment fees

I believe once na –charge na yung assessment fees at meron kanang CID, yun na yung Official Start na yung assessment cycle time (19 wks sa case natin).

@karl_amogawin Supposedly walang email, meron lang, sabi sa MSA booklet, within 5-7 business days ay magpapadala sila ng normal mail/letter (OR and CID info) to confirm yung receipt ng application mo.

Sa case ko, 10 business days na lumipas, di ko pa natatangap yung letter kaya nag-email na ko sa EA, kinonfirm ko kung na-receive na nila yung application ko at kung pinadala na ba nila yung letter sa address ko…

Nag-reply naman sila after 3 business days, in-email sakin yung soft-copy ng OR with CID, although hindi naman nila kinonfirm kung nagpadala ba sila ng letter o hindi… until now wala pakong na-rereceive na mail..

repost ko lang po dito yung query ko sa kaibilang thread,, pano po pala kung ang ginamit during assessment sa EA na COE is statutory declaration of detailed job description, pano po sa pag lodge ng visa, kailan po ba i upload yung statutory kung walang detailed job description na COE from epmployer? pano po kung in-submit ang original na statutory doc sa EA, need pa po mag pa statutory declaration ulit para sa visa application?

ask ko sana sa mga may positive result sa EA, kelan hiningi yung IELTS result nyo?

@mistakenidentity , it should be sent directly to EA from ielts test center..yung sa amin before pa mag pass ng CDR nag send na kami ng IELTS sa EA, need request from ielts test center na mag send ng copy sa EA..

@janjud thanks.. naguguluhan na naman ako kc advice ng agent ko antayin nlng daw kung hihingin ng EA ang IELTS result which i think pampabagal lng ng assessment result. based daw kc sa experience nila.. minsan hindi hinihingi yung IELTS result depende lng daw talaga sa CO na nag-hahandle ng EA assessment mo. meron kayang naka-experience nito?

@mistakenidentity as per the MSA Booklet from EA, IELTS of a minimum of 6 for each of the section is a requirement. I don't think your agent knows that the results is needed as soon as possible. You might end up having a longer assessment than usual kung hindi mo agad iaarrange yung pagsend ng results ng IELTS results mo to EA. Plus I believe you already passed and you got great results, so much better to have this sent at wala naman mawawala if you do so and you have everything to gain.

Unless of course EA changed the requirement for the IELTS and they don't require this anymore.

Pahabol lang, I haven't heard of anybody na napabilis ang assessment because they didn't send their IELTS results to EA. You can do this even without the consent ng Agent mo so I would advidse that you do it immediately.

Meron bang case dito na nag-request na ipadala ng Test Center yung IELTS TRF sa EA, pero hindi na-receive ng EA?

Yung case ko kasi, last year pa ko nag-IELTS. After ng exam ni-request ko na ipadala ng British Council yung TRF sa EA.

Pero normal post lang daw yun, kaya walang way na ma-track kung na-deliver sa EA o hindi

@mistakenidentity Ah, Ok, Jan20 naman ang EA receipt date ni hubby. June 2 ang 19th weeks... Dati less than 16weeks nila na release, ngayon sinasagad na nila... Update na lang po tayo ha. Thanks!

@mistakenidentity Sa EA rule, need talaga i-submit ang IELTS result na minimum band 6 all modules.

Yung sa akin hindi na hiningi ang Detail JD. Ang submit ko sa CO is yung COE with compensation, payslips, and ITR. Di naman hiningi ang detailed JD or Statutory.

Since meron na positive assessment from EA, hindi mo na need i-prove sa DIAC ang competency mo. Ang tinitignan nila is kung na pasok ka sa ibang requirements specially yung number of "Paid" employment years mo kaya mas importante ang payslips, itr, etc. para ma prove mo na sumi-sweldo ka...
