Kapag sinamahan ko ba sya ng testimonial letter na signed ng manager ko ngayun with complete job description e pepede na kaya iyon i submit kahit wala ng statutory declaration.

Yes, you can use a statutory declaration but you have to support it with other documents like contract (which sometimes have the roles and responsibilities of an employee), payslips, or any employment records you have.
I can send you a template tonight. That's for closed companies but it's easy to modify based on your need. 🙂

Kasi current company ko dito sa UAE is not giving me an employment certificate as per the format required ng EA they can only provide employment certificate as per company policy daw may job title but without the job description.

For my COE, i just requested a copy to our HR the format and the information needed by DIAC then i also have my current job description countersigned by my manager. Engineers OZ acknowledge what i have passed them.
