@cacophony I sent a template of my statutory declaration to email address nickojohn32@hotmail.com last July 26. Pakicheck na lang if you received it.
Additional input lang din regarding the RSEA. I've read din kc sa mga previous threads here in the forum that not all applied for the RSEA, it will depend if you have doubt whether your experience is relevant or not to your nominated occupation because the assessment by EA will only be a reference for the CO (case officer). The CO will still have the final say on the claimed work experience. Kaya mga mga members who opted not to apply for RSEA, and the CO assessed their claimed work experiences.
In my opinion naman, if your designation itself is civil engineer, structural, bridge, transport, or road engineer etc., and you are performing as per your job description, i think you may skip applying for RSEA. But for cases naman na may overlapping to other occupations, RSEA is recommended. In my case kasi, QA/QC with material testing ang background ko, because the job is also applicable to other occupations, I applied for an RSEA. I think this is one easy way to determine if an RSEA should be applied or not. But this is only based on my opinion lang.
