@carlosau i didn't try updating passport details sa eoi. If hindi na editable ang passport details ok lng yun. Pag may ita ka pasa ka na lng ng updated passport.

@carlosau up to you. You can deactivate old eoi and create new one does not matter, wala ka pa naman invite.

@batman makes sense. Since nagbago DOE ko kanina nung nag update ako to 80 points. So if I create a new EOI it will still be 80 points and with Oct 19 DOE, right?

meron option doon to suspend your EOI for 189.

@carlosau Before doing anything, do you know the difference between suspending and withdrawing the EOI?

@RheaMARN1171933 Ma’am ano po ang suggestion niyo for the applicant? Should he wait for an ITA and update his new passport details later sa immi account or make a new EOI to include the new passport details.

@Cassey I’m not sure if I understand the actual situation. If the issue is just the passport, the case officer can just be updated about it during the application submission.

What I did, as suggested, was to create a new EOI with my new passport details. So basically, I have 2 EOIs for visa 189 now. Both have 80 points and DOE of 10/19.

Thanks in advance, I'm quite perplexed right now kasi november is my last chance to achieve 80 pts.

@RheaMARN1171933 That’s what I’ve told him as well to just update it thru immi acct. He created another EOI though with the same visa subclass so now he has 2 EOIs. Should he just withdraw the other one? Thank you.

@carlosau relax ka lang sir regardless of a new eoi or not 80 pts is an assurance. Since nag update ka ng points sa isa, essentially both will have the same DOE kahit mas nauna yung isang eoi dun. Congrats in advance sa invite sir hehe
