Hi, everyone…

Knocking again for your advices:

Kaka-received ko lng ng info na nag lodged na ng PR nomination yong employer ko and that I can apply na for the PR visa. The thing is that I am so worried sa upcoming health exam kasi nagpa-consult ako sa GP dito months ago requiring me to undergo mammogram and FNA + ultrasound sa breast lump na accidentally discovered ko. Sa takot ko hndi ako pumunta at ginawa yong advises. Makikita ba ang consultation details dun sa eMedical or other central system ng Australia? Naisulat ko din na may myoma ako sa uterus as part of history pero walang operation as its not bothering her me now at wala din ako document to support it. Kelangan ko ba e-declare yong breast lump (not yet diagnosed but obvious if kapain) at myoma sa health declaration prior to securing appointment?

Another thing, I have overseas insurance also which covers life, critical illness, dismemberment, permanent total disability - should I attach this in my application? Will it not give a negative weight as I could somehow cover myself and cause denial of PR visa?

Please help! I really need your input as to what to do. Many thanks ahead at be more blessed talaga sa lahat.

I have attached the sample questions na tinatanong towards the end ng HAP ID creation. Nandyan din sa attachment yung mga tests na gagawin. Ang importante e be truthful sa iyong mga sagot 🙂 God bless.

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung meron dito naka encounter ng error kapag nag generate ng HAP ID + Referral letter. After ko po i-click yung "Organise health examinations" palagi lumalabas yung "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."

I agree na parang di nga entirely na reremove yung luma kasi sa nangyari samin nung nag require ng medical yung CO sa amin, yung old HAP ID ang binigay sakin ( basa ka nalang sa CO contact thread regarding sa issue ko sakaling interested ka hehe mahaba kasi e)

Anyway - ang alam ko may additional health exams or questions if you answer yes sa intend to work as doctor, nurse , paramedic. This is regardless if you intend to work right away or later.
Right move na mag medical muna bago mag lodge sa case ninyo na nag remove ng MHD —HAP ID.
Very important to note the new HAP ID sa online form sa pag visa lodge para macorrectly link yung HAP ID nyo sa inyong visa application.
hello po, san po banda nakikita yung HAP ID?

sa Immiaccount portal mayroon doon na My Health Declaration. Sagutan ito and it will generate your HAP ID for you and your dependent/s

Pwede ko ba i-delete yun current health declaration (HAP ID) ko, then I will make a new one?

@gerard major operation ang CS pero di sya considered as Yes sa question sa MHD (during physical exam with doctor mababanggit din naman at i note nalang doon ng Doctor).

para sa lap chole, di ako sure pero if di naman sya nag cause ng prolonged hospitalization, check mo din baka same lang din sya as CS. Check ka pa maigi or wait for further info sa iba dito 🙂
