I don't think SSS would have an office outside the Philippines. Some remittance companies do accept payments for SSS contributions but due to changes in the way SSS accepts payments. SSS now requires that you generate a PRN before paying contributions and to do so you must have a MySSS Online account.
If you have a Globe or Smart roaming number you can pay using GCash, Coins.Ph or PayMaya. The sure thing is to ask someone to pay in the Philippines but still you must be able to generate a PRN for on the day crediting of your payment to your SSS account.
