In my opinion lang po, if you are confident that both of you are healthy (walang history ng lung-related or blood-related diseases) magpa medical kayo after ITA na lang. if mayron kayo history ng nabanggit ko, pamedical na kayo ng mas maaga kasi yung iba may required treatment pa or further tests pa which is it will take few days or weeks before the results come out.
NBI, kung nagka Hit na kayo before, ok kumuha na kayo ng mas maaga. Kung no-hit naman kayo dati, after ITA na lang din.
Yung Medical & Police Clearance kasi can affect when would be your Initial Entry Date. Eh usually 12months lang validity ng Medical/NBI. So pag na grant na yung visa nyo baka less than 6months na lang para sa IED nyo. Pero kung hindi naman din issue yun, you can go ahead. Personal preference ika nga 😃
And yes tama asikasuhin nyo na yung form 80/1221 🙂
