We made use of Sevenseas service for this planned shipment. Requested for 4 empties/boxes. After filling and sealing 3 boxes, I decided to call the hotline to schedule a pickup since it will be easy to fill and seal the last box. I was asked about some certain “documents”. So I asked “Which documents?” To my shock, there is actually an online form to fill up and enter each item that the box contains —- including the material, price, qty, and whether it’s new or used. Imagine, 3 full boxes, tapos na eh. Uulitin ko na naman? This time, dapat detalyado ang bawat item and documented sa online form nila. Bakit hindi nila sinabi ito nang maaga-aga? Since wala akong choice, I will have to repeat all the 3 boxes.
