@carlosau if you need ID’s get driver’s/learners, Keypass, proof of age card (depends on the state).

I-keep niyo din yung boarding pass since need ito sa Bank activation/banker appointment. Di na sila nagtatak sa passport so your bank need this to verify your entry to AU. Hope this helps. 🙂

@ms_ane yeah! mejo nga, kaya di ko na finollowup yung medicare ko kasi mgrregister din nmn uli pagdating ng family. natawagan ko na hotline nila at nakuha ko na number ko. In terms of efficiency eh mejo need ng patience talaga since naasanay sa sg.

@yosh10 naisip ko na din yan, nsw photo ID meron kaso in 2 weeks time din, might as well wait for the medicare nlng which sabi ng nakausap ko sa phone ay madedeliver nmn.

Pag punta niyo sa centrelink sabihin niyo lang need niyo ung CRN para makagawa kayo ng centrlink account na link sa mygov account niyo. tapos online naman pag fill up ng claims.

Hi po, sa mga globe user po na nkaregister yung number nila dun sa OTP ng online bank nila, ano po ginawa nyo? dinala nyo po yung sim card nyo para continue yung account nyo? nkakareceive p rin po b ng messages kpag nanjan na sa AU? pde ba change to AU number? Salamat po.

@Marites_47 I maintain both Globe and Smart to for OTP and other needs. Wala naman charge ang incoming sms. I doubt if PH banks would accept foreign numbers for the OTP.

may nakausap ako bdo rep recently kasi tinanong ko rin yan. pwde daw sila tawagan kapag nandun na para palitan ung mobile number with local number sa australia. so guess it’s possible.

alternatively, meron rin sila otp generator. kailangan mo lang gamitin ung mobile app nila to generate the otp. natest ko na siya with our bdo and eastwest accounts. gumagana naman.

@Marites_47 naginquire din ako sa bpi, pwede naman daw na ung number mo na sa australia gamitin for OTP, basta update mo lang sila once may number kna.

@tofurad You have to change it first in your BDO account settings in online banking before calling them to quote the reference number. Before you can change it via phone but when I tried calling to change it because I was locked out due to the OTP generator not working for me, they said they can't do it maybe because of the frauds that are happening. But I am not sure if pwede na direct thru calling them since the 'challenge question' is already deactivated so you can't access your account and do the above.

@fioning1120 For kids you have to go sa GP (free) while for adults, pwede sa Chemist warehouse or priceline, you can book a schedule online. Some do walk-ins. Check their website.

Sa mga may BPI account, pwede po bang magtransfer direct ng funds from personal account to Australian Bank (e.g. NAB)? Tulad dito sa SG (e.g. posb/dbs oversea remit).
