Hi Sir....planning for our Big Move din by next year on that area..saan po kayo nag-apply?..baka may available din work for me...between rockhampton at gladstone po kasi pinagpipilian namin mag land..visa 489 po kami..

@aron_drn san po kayu nag stay dito sa Qld kakarating ko lang din nung Aug 20 sa Sunshine Coast temporarily ng stay sa house ng friends ko while searching for a job. Good to know may offer na kayo 🙂

hi @irenesky actually wala pa ako sa QLD planning to move pa lng po.

Medyo nag alangan pa sa offer sa Gladstone QLD kasi yung company at newly setup lng yung team nila at 3months casual rule muna then permanent. Napansin ko lng binabarat nla mga new immigrants

Medyo marmai ngaun opportunity sa QLD napansin ko lng.

@aron_drn sayang din yung offer pero depende naman sa visa status mo kung 189 or 190 mas madaming opportunity sa city, compared sakin na naka 489 visa restricted sa regional areas. Lahat ng calls na received ko from companies and recruiters were city based medyo frustrating on my part. Pero sige lang just keep on searching po 🙂

If u have Aus address you can buy online. Bought $4.90 sim with $50 plan credit. Unlimited call locally and 40gb data.

Pwede ka rin bumili ng simcard $2 sa petrol station, coles, safeway or other store then top up mo na lang pag nag register ka / nag activate ng sim.

try lng and try po. makaka kuha ka rin nian actually yung nag offer sakin ng work is prefer nila Pinoy worker kasi they have good experience sa mga pinoy daw...kaso hindi lng kami nag ka sundo sa rate at working hours 10hrs a day kasi.. anyway makakahanp karin nian lalot palapit na ang December yung iba magsialisan sa ibang area...

Hello @irenesky, If you’re in MCY, and di masyado mapili sa work, try applying at Nolan Meats in Gympie to help sa gastos for the mean time. It’s a butchery company and accepting casuals, part times all year round.

Been to that part of QLD and most jobs are related to agriculture, cattle farming, etc.

What do you mean po by granted by QLD? Adelaide po is not in QLD if QLD po ang nominated state niyo within suburbs or city po siguro lang kayo ng QLD pede. Or depende po sa kung anong visa meron po kayo.
