Hi Kababayans, is there anyone here awaiting still awaiting for the movement of citizenship application.

We applied Mar 2018 Brisbane

Husband + 1 child - Application 1

Me - Application 2

Location: Brisbane

Status : Received

Test Date: Awaiting...

Approval Date:

Ceremony:

I see some Perth areas WA already have test dates who applied in Feb 2018. I am not sure anyone here from Brisbane and Sydney and Melbourne what's the latest status.

Applied in Feb 2018 in Brisbane, got the test invite May 11 and took the test May 21, immediate approval... Took my ceremony in July 12...Ipswich Council...same with my nephew

@fgs congrats mabilis sau .. are you single or last person to apply conferral citizenship in your family. meron din ako indian national kasabayan mo nag oath taking na sept 2018. pag tied application (family) medyo matagal... yun napansin namin sa office.

Single pero nakalink naman application ko sa nephew ko, sabay naman kami nabigyan ng test...nauna lang ako kasi pinaresked ko yong akin

@fgs single at last person to apply conferral mabilis.. though your nephew is link to your application you both have separate application unlike family your children are tied to your application. Anyway congrats! yes mabilis pag single applicant or last person to apply 2 kakilala ko personally who applied last year and only took them about 6 months or else including ceremony.

Hi, just got a schedule for my interview date which is on 15 July 2019. I lodged our application in July 2018. I included my 10-year old child in my application but currently, she is studying in the Philippines since last year. Home affairs website says "applicant must be in Australia when we decide on your application." Wondering if I need to bring my daughter here although the interview and citizenship ceremony does not require 16-year old and below to attend. Has anyone got an experience similar to mine? Would appreciate responses. Thanks.
