meron po ako nbasa s indian forum. may agent sila 189 po ang visa nl. ung status po nl ngbago s finalized. ngtnong dw s DHA ung agent nl. ang response dw po ng DHA finalized n dw sila hindi lng marelease ung grant kaso dw quota n sila visa 189 ng sept. kya expected ng agent by Oct mttnggp nila ung grant letter. may gnun pl sila quota per month kya cgro kya cgro tumatagal kc ngseset sila ng quota.

Ano ng mga status ninyo sa immi? Kami "received" pa rin. Meaning hindi pa ina-assess.

@wintergreen there are some instances na hindi sya nagchange. Sa amin received lng sya, hanggang dumating na grant notification. Nagcheck pa ako mga 12nn that day, ganun pa din status, 2:10pm ako na grant.

Kaya wag mag isip ng negative, focus lang sa pangarap!! Its worth waiting for. Nag antay ka naman na, sa grant din ang final ending nyan!! Always keep that faith🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

based din kasi sa mga news and other articles, nakuha na ng DHA yung ceiling ng 189 for i think financial year 2019-2020 (?) kaya pwedeng isang reason yun kung bakit biglang bagal ng processing aside from the backlogs.

Mejo napag uusapan na rin dito yung mga qualified na for PR after staying x number of years sa regional areas. Affected din sila ng paghihintay. Kung anuman ang changes regarding the processing times, i am pretty sure may logical reasoning yung DHA don.

Baka di rin naman nag-a-apply ito sa lahat ng cases, if straightforward application, nakukuha rin ang grant within the 100+ day period. Calculated din siguro yung mga employment verification or pag acquire ng Police clearance from different countries. My sister's partner took almost 2 years ma-grant dahil sa processing nung Qatar police clearance nya.

11-22 months might be just "conservative" timeframe.

IMO, ung ceiling for fiscal year 2019-2020 is at 108k for the skill stream. So dito papasok c visa subclass 189 and 190 but that’s not all. May iba pang mga visa subclass na nakapaloob sa skill stream na 108k ceiling. We are discussing about fiscal year 2019-2020 which means it covers the period from July 2019 to June 2020. Currently its only September 2019 or we are at the end of the first quarter pa lang ng fiscal year so ang clarification lang is that ung ceiling na naabot is the monthly planned ceiling pa lang not the whole 108k. Its only the department’s mean of securing available slots throughout the fiscal year na nagaallocate cla ng number of grants per month. Hindi pwedeng maubos nila agad during the first quarter pa lang. It so happened lang cguro na nafully consume na ung allocation for the month of september.

These are purely based on my opinion. I’m trying to research the allocations per month kaso hirap makahanap unlike ung sa invitations na merong monthly updates. Hopefully by the start of october umandar na ulet ang grants ng 189.
