Reminder pala for those who are planning to have their medical exams in St Luke’s Bgc ito yung mga kailangan:
Go to Medical Arts Bldg 10th floor nasa right side yung room paglabas nyo ng elevator
Bring the following:
Referral Letter
Application form
Deposit Slip (Fee: 7750 must be paid at least a day before the medical exam. Over the counter payment in Chinabank or Security Bank)
Original Passport
3 photocopies of the Passport (if wala may photocopy machine doon)
2 Passport size photo with white background
MMR vaccine certificate
Tests:
Measurement of Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Heartbeat
Xray
Blood extraction
Urinalysis
Physical Exam
After finishing all the procedure, you will have to wait for 2hrs to make sure that there are no issues with the Xray.
- If everything is okay, they will send the results to the embassy within 3-5 days and no additional tests will be required
