may question po ako, yung partner ko po ang main applicant for visa 190. gusto po sana namin i-claim yung additional points if declare namin na skilled din ako. May ibang states, pareho kami nasa skilled nomination list, ibig po ba sabihin, kailangan ko din mag-submit ng documents for assessment?

Hello! To claim the 5 points for partner skills ito po ang need:

Proof that when you were invited to apply for this visa, your partner:

was under 45 years old
had competent English

How to prove?

had a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation. Your partner’s nominated skilled occupation must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation.

Personally, I took the PTE academic and had my skills assessed by ACS so we can claim points for partner skills

Hello! Sorry may tanong po ulit ako. :smile:

Per my ACS result, my relevant work experience is after June 2011. In my EOI, i entered my relevant work from July 1, 2011(including the gaps in between each work exp). According kay EOI, i can claim max points for work exp today. Pero kahapon eh hindi pa. Is it safe to submit this already? Or better give some buffer. Sayang din kasi yung July round of invite, naka queue na sana. :smile:

Sa naalala ko for the past years, end of September month po sila nag oopen. Better yet, read ng updates sa NSW site..

490 for PR visa po ba yan? Or baka po 190? Yiue mean state sponsored? If 190 po yung global processing times sa ngayon ay 9-11 mos po.

@superluckyclover thanks for the reply. Not necessary naman. Concerned lang ako baka iba ang calculation nila ng years if exp during CO review that could cause me to drop some points. Anyway, nag EOI submit nadin ako nung 5-July. Lets see. :smile:
