kung ako po hindi ko na ito ilalagay sa address of residence since bakasyon lang kayo nag stay dito.

Tanong po ulet. Yung work history ng asawa ko (dependent) kung ilalagay nya ang detail, hihingan pa po ba ng evidence documents. Kasi wala syang mga documents regarding works experince nya. Salamt po sa sasagot

Ung sa husband ko po nilagay namain ung job description nya, pero ang sinubmit lang naming e COE with tenure and remuneration lang

Birth Certificate lang yung inindicate kong National Identity Document dun sa Form 80 ko. 🙂

@dan78 you mean kung yung pagbabakasyon sa Pinas from your place of work abroad, ilalagay sa travel? Alam ko ung iba nilagay lahat ng travel. pasensya na hindi ko kung hindi masyado masagot, puro Pinas kasi ang work ko e. Tanungin natin ung ibang me grants na SG based kung ano ginawa..@[deleted]

@dan78 ang ginawa ko, nilagay ko yung address ko sa pinas.. Since bata ako p ko bahay n nmin yun, to current ang nilagay ko, . Yung explanation , nilagay ko n lng sa last page, informing that this is my permanent address on my own country.. Pero sa travel nmn, lahat ng stamp n exit and entry sa passport ko for the last 10 years, nilagay ko...

@dan78 nagprepare ako ng form 80 namin ni misis para ready if ever humingi si CO but fortunately di nirequire. ang ginawa ko since SG ang residence namin ay nilagay lahat ng travel palabas ng SG kahit na yung u-turn lang sa Malaysia or Indonesia kaya umabot sa 30+ items. lahat ng travel to pinas ay nilagay ko na visit back to own country.

Hi all, just want to know your thoughts. I have already uploaded my Form 80 in my immiaccount and I noticed just now that the form I used was not the updated version of it (I used the 2014 version). I already finished transferring my answers in the 2015 version and saw that minimal lang pala ang difference ng 2015 version with the previous version.

Do you think I should still upload the 2015 form? Iniisip ko kasi not to na kasi baka this would cause more confusion sa CO.

@wildlovesg hello, If ako, I will re-frontload the F80 new version (since hindi puedeng magdelete once uploaded) and name the file like _F80newform or something para just in case preferred ni CO ang new form meron na agad syang ioopen , rather than kontakin ka pa just for that and wait ulit mabalikan.

Basta ang key, match ang answers mo sa old and new form versions 🙂 Good luck 🙂
