FORM 80 Questions

May ask lang po ako regarding Form 80 questions:

Part K - Character - "been removed, deported or excluded from any

country (including Australia)?"

Part N – Visa refusals - Have you ever been refused a visa to any country?

Part O – Deportations - Have you ever been excluded, asked to leave, deported or removed from any country?

Bale nung 2011 po, nagpunta ung parter ko ng SG for vacation, nagrant po yung partner ko ng 1 month tourist visa, then we decided to go to Malaysia ng day trip since by bus lang naman sya.. Nung pabalik na kame sa SG, nirefuse entry sya sa SG kasi hindi nya napakita ung flight details nya na SG to Manila. So bumalik sya sa malaysia and nag overnight, kinabukasan, nagtry ulet sya makapasok sa SG, nakapasok and nabigyan sya ng tourist visa nung firm sya na hindi sya naghahanap ng work sa SG.

Bale yes na po ba ung sagot sa 3 questions na yan sa Form 80? and how will it affect our visa application because she is my de facto partner and I am the main applicant.

No. yung question na yan is more on meron ka bang tatak na deported sa passport mo. That issue with SG to Malaysia is not really that big issue to be really say refusal or deported.

Q47 and/or Q48. Do you have any personal contacts in Australia?

Advisable bang lagyan yun part na ito? If No ba yun ilalagay, malaki ba ang chance na ma-CO contact or ma-deny?

Q31. Do you know any details of the places you will stay during your time in

Australia (eg. hotel, friends, relatives)?

If No yun ilalagay ko dito, dapat ba maglagay pa ako ng comment, ex. "will be provided once visa is granted"?

Guys, tanong and confirm lang po sa items below sa form 80 at visa lodgement:

Item 1, yung given name hindi na kasama ang middle name tama? May nabasa kasi ako na hindi na nila sinama ang middle name meron naman na sinama nila.
Item 19, yung sa duties ng work kailangan ba same sa COE at yung nasa Visa lodgement? Pinaikli ko kasi yung nilagay ko sa Visa lodgement kasi limited lang ang characters.
Yung usual country of residence ang nilagay ko sa EOI ay Philippines, pero dapat pala ang nilagay ko ay SG since dito ang work ko. Ok lang kaya yun sa Visa lodgement ang ilagay ko na usual country of residence ay SG na?

guys tanong lang regarding sa form 80, sa section Part R 49 -Are you being sponsored? Yes ba yung sagot (sponsored by state visa 489)?

at yung "24 are you applying for temporary visa" yes din ba sagot dahil 489 visa yung ni applyan ko?

sinama ko.. 2 rows kasi.. same as passport..
yup same. with unemployment period.
i think this one's ok. may pass ka naman as proof na sa sg ka nakatira.

or check mo sa sig yung mga successful 489 then PM them 🙂

Good Am!

Yung C.O. ko ngbigay ng date for the docs to be submitted. Kaso conflict sya date ng COC (singapore), pinasa ko na po sa agent ko yung schedule ng COC ko para malaman ng C.O. na conflict sa date. Sabi ni agent di daw talaga mgrereply si CO for extension para sa date of submission.

Ok lang po ba talaga yun?

Di po ba magkakaproblema?

@YouOne just inform the CO the provide evidence na hindi aabot sa binigay ni CO yung release ng sg coc mo and i think that should be fine
