@Blackmamba ibigay mo lang yung guidelines ng malaysian police na hindi sila nagbibigay ng PCC for residence with less than 6 months of stay.. check mo din yung site nila para makasure ka.

Hello guys!

May mga tanong sana ako regarding sa immiaccount entries at form 80. I hope you can help me.

Sinong gumamit ng Birth Certificate dito as National Identity. Just wondering ano ilagay ko sa identification number?
Sa history ng jobs ko..

Company A - assessed (entered in the EOI)

Company B - assessed (entered in the EOI)

Company C - not assessed (NOT in the EOI) kasi wala akong proof like COE & payslip

Company D - assessed (entered in the EOI)

Sa Form 80 kailangan kong ilagay lahat ng employments ko.. is it SAFE if I'll put Company C sa Form 80 kahit wala sa EOI at Visa lodge/immiaccount?

@luciano parang di ako comfortable na hindi mo siya dineclare sa EOI kasi either way kelangan mo siya ilagay sa immiaccount mo dahil bawal ang gap dun unless you’ll say na unemployed ka during that time which is lying naman. Kailangan mo kasi maging consistent at honest sa lahat ng iinput mo. Pero ito ay personal opinion ko lang.

@Grifter no ang nilagay namin since working visa lang naman ang hawak namin.

Tanong dito sa international travel, sinama nyo pa ung mga 1 day pasyal sa JB para sa mga nasa SG. Actually, completed ko na fill-upan tong form kaso nag-aalala asawa ko baka raw kasi questionin kami ang dami naming 1 day exits.

@jazmyne18 ako lahat nilagay ko.. maski balikan lang yung JB ko nakalagay pa din kasi mag stamp yun e.. ipapasa nyo kasi yung copy ng passports nyo with stamps.

@Hunter_08 Confirm ko lang about this sa Form 80, ung copy ng passport with stamps, para lang ba ito sa current passport, no need sa expired? Need ko din scan ba ung passport stamps pag magpapasa ng Form 80? Salamat in advance sa pagsagot 🙂

@dreamer111114 lahat ng passports mo.. current,expired,damaged lahat iniscan ko yung front page at lahat ng pages with stamps.

@jazmyne18 Yep. Bale ginawa ko, nag back track ako lahat ng stamps sa passports ko. Started from the required number of years na nakalagay sa Form 80. Example, sabi "from the last 10 years (excluding Australia)". So based from 2017-2007 na passports ko, dun ako nag backtrack ng lahat ng trips ko based on stamps.

Ako di ko na iniscan old, expired passports ko, even ung front page. wala naman naging problem. Pero nung nag renew ako ng passport, inupdate ko lang ung EOI ko.

guys.. akala ko yong sa passport is front page lang isa-submit.. included pala yong pages na may stamps para sa visa application? kailangan ba authenticated to? or ok lang colored scan copy.

@carlo77 colored copy will do.. yung mga stamps kasi proof mo yun sa mga nilagay mong mga travel history.

@carlo77 in my case, I just uploaded my passport bio/front page. Yun din advice ng agency. But I guess it wouldn't hurt if you put all pages to err on the side of caution. I recently applied for tourist visa sa AU and they required all pages with stamps. Keep you posted if hingan ako for my PR visa.

Not sure if meron na dito sa forum na na-CO contact asking for other pages of the passport with stamps.

meron pa ba same ko case na meron job exp na hindi sinali sa ACS at EOI pero need i log sa form 80?

Company A - 6 mos (after grad) awol nothing to provide as evidence of work

Company B-C, submitted to ACS for assessment, logged in EOI as all relevant

form 80, need ko po ba ilagay din si company A?

@xylocke I would say declare it - there's a field to explain your situation for Company A. Also, I noticed your timeline - you claim all experience as relevant? Same kasi tayo ng job code and ACS will deduct minimum of 2yrs. Does it mean you claim "skilled employment" from the start?
