question: employment history, ano po nilagay nyo kung nag sara na yun company and wala ka proof of employment like payslip etc. eto po kasi yun 1st work ko and year 2002 pa and wala ako naitago kahit isang employment evidence. wala na rin ako contact sa mga kasamahan ko dati.

hi my question po ako sa employment history within (10yrs = 2017-2007), medyo nlito ako hehe,

bali meron akong 2 years experience sa pinas year 2005-2006 -kailangan ko pa ba ideclare siya sa form 80 although hinde ko mgclaim at labas na siya sa 10 yrs?-ngalala ako bak nde ako mkproduce ng evidence?

nilgay ko kse sya sa CV ko.. thanku =)

@kaidenMVH wala kaming experience before 2007 pero I think okay lang yan, ilagay mo lang sa forms pero no need to prove kasi 10 years lang naman ang hanap nila. Same kay @curiousmom, ilagay lang sa form kasi bawal may skip ng years.

Pero personal opinion ko yan ha. Yung if I were you lang. 🙂

@curiousmom kahit di ka na magpasa ng proof. Lagay mo lang ung experience. Kasi more than 10years na naman siya.

Ang initial na pagkaka intindi ko po dito is Employment/Companies after January 2012 will be considered. Based on example, since Company A falls to "After January 2012", ibig po ba nyan relevant na yung employment ko kay Company A?

@einra2k2 pwede ka mag claim ng points sa Company A from Feb 2012-Oct 2013 tapos lahat na counted sa Company B and C.

Hi @einra2k2, ito po assessment ko from ACS. Ang MET date ko ay June 2011, pero nag claim ako ng points from 04/05 to 07/17. Kung sa tingin mo ay related sa nominated occupation mo ang Company A, then pwede mo sya iclaim basta meron ka proof na maibibigay sa kaila na mag papatunay na binabayaran ka ng company, related yung experience mo so dapat meron ka maipapakita na payslip, income tax at reference letter,

Hello guys,

I need your opinion on this situation:

My son is legally adopted. He has a different name before we legally adopted him. In filling out his details, I check YES on <b class="Bold">Other Names/Spelling</b> then my reason is "NAME before LEGALLY ADOPTED"

I have his new birth certificate with his new name and my name as his father.

My concern is, do I need to support the adoption papers? Is there a possibility that it might slow down the processing?

For my wife. Is this applicant currently, or have they ever been known by any other names? I checked YES. I put her maiden name. What should be the proper reason? Marriage or I will check OTHER reason and I will enter "Name before marriage"?

hi tanong ko ln sa mga taga SG po, sa travel na part mdame kong 1 day sa malaysia noon para maiextend ko ang mgaalaga sa anak ko noon, maluwag p noon kaya morning alis kme uuwe din kme ng gabi instant 30 days n uli,, ano po ilalagay ko sa 1 days nyun sa reason "vacation" or leisure. baka humingi ng kung ano ano, medyo mdame kse ang 1 day ko noon mga 6 hehe,,bak mgduda saaken na ngtrade ako ahahaha,,paranoid lang ako +) thank you =)

Question lang po regarding sa number 42. Wala pa kasing documents si wifey na nag change na sya ng surname. Recently married lang kasi. Ok lng kaya na surname nya pa dati ang ilagay o mas mabuti ng change surname tapos maiden name? mag aatach din naman kami ng Marriage Cert. Thanks po!

@BbB1226 medyo hirap nga nito pero if I were you, better na change na sa married name since married naman na kayo at may marriage certificate na. Kasi if ever na maiden name pa rin gamit nyo, kailangan nyo pa rin iupdate si CO. Change of circumstance yata? Pero opinyon ko lang to. 🙂

@BbB1226 wife ko di nag palit ng surname, maiden name pa din gamit ko sa application nya. pati lahat ng documents nya maiden name pa din. hehehe di ko muna sya pinag palit, para di hassle, pati optional lang naman sa kanila mag palit ng name.

Ok lang ba na MIGRATION TO AUSTRALIA lang ilagay? Hindi pa din kami nakakapag decide kung kelan kami makakapag BM or initial entry. Pwede kayang leave it blank nalang? Same sa question 27 na give details of your arrival in AUS.
