@aron_drn kelan po kayo kumuha ng malaysia PC?

Worry ko kasi baka umabot ng 1 month bago marelease yung Malaysia PC and nakalagay naman dun sa CO checklist na "Provide Malaysia Police Check If you have lived in Malaysia for 12 months or more in last 10 years"

If magsubmit kami ng form 80 and we will include Malaysia as residence, makikita naman nila na less than 12 months of stay.. Do we still need to provide the Malaysia police clearance.

but if incase lng po to safe side you can request also after u have submitted the form 80, sakaling mag hanap talga sila ng PCC sa Malaysia meorn mga CO na choosy rin.

@mcbjosa ayan same kami ng opinion ni @aron_drn - we can never be too certain kasi kung ano ang hingin. if it is feasible naman to acquire - kuha nalang then standby lang. if umabot within 28 days then mas ok 🙂

Nagrequest na po kami para sakaling hingin talaga, at least processing na ung PC request. Once we attached the form 80 and form 1221, we can already update the immiaccount na we already submitted the docs?

If the CO really needs the Malaysia PC, they will send another reply na needed ba yun or decline na kagad yung visa kasi hindi ka nag submit?

@mcbjosa i recommened u take one step at a time. If u have agent ask them what is best. As u mention in previous message that ur CO mention in his mail that PCC need only for 12month therefore u dont think to much about it, just have a back up plan if he will ask again of PCC Malaysia. Ur application will not be rejected dont think to much negativity it will not help u. Get at PCC early.it just take two weeks only online and result u will have it then follow the collection procedure.

Hi sa inyo. Aask ko lang po currently nag aapply po ako ng skilled regional (489) visa. I'm married with 1 kid. Pano po pag not legally separated kami ng husband ko. Pano sasagutan ung Form 80 ilalagay ko pa rin po ba don na married ako. Ano po pwedeng proof na we are separated but not legally. Need pa po ba ng husband ko mag form 80 kahit di ko sya isasama sa visa? Hope someone can enlighten me. Thank you

@chualara hi. Ilang years na kyo separated? Anu status mo sa EOI mo? Sa form 80 separated ilalagay mo, pareho sa kung anu sa EOI mo, dapat consistent

May legal separation papers kayo? Pede ka magfile, 2 weeks lang ata yun result nun from the court, isa yan sa evidence na separated kayo in case mag ask si CO ng proof.

Nagfile na kyo annulment? Pag meron na court order attach mo yan someday sa lodging. Mag stat dec ka din na hindi mo sya isasama sa application mo at that you are separated since ( day/ month/ year) , pag meron anak, at ksama mo sya sa application si anak, need mo letter of authority from your ex husband na ok sa kanya na dalhin mo sya sa Aussie as your dependent. The more evidence you can gather, the faster and less CO contact you’ll have.

No need na sya sa form 80 kasi mag tick ✅ ka doon kung kasama sya sa application, sayo hindi diba?

@lecia Thank you mam sa pagsagot. Nilagay ko kasi sa EOI married and ngayon hindi na talaga kami nag kaayos wala pa rin kaming process for separation sa court. Separated kami 12 months na pero walang papers ayaw nya sumama sa application ng visa. Kaya hindi ko alam ano iaapply ko. Thanks po.

@chualara ok got it. Since married nailagay mo at walang proper documents to prove na separated kayo, be consistent na married illgay mo sa form 80, mag ✅ ka doon na hindi sya ksama sa application. Prepare a stat dec to reason out na bakit di sya kasama, kasama ba si anak mo sa application mo? Letter from him to allow to you bring the kid with you.

Meron ata separate na thread nito, diko kasi na bookmark. Pag nakita ko send ko link sayo. Lets wait for some others to comment to, with similar case with you.

Sa mga SG based baka May similar case sakin. Would to seek for advice sa pag fillout Ng Form 80 for item 38 (visa refusal)

For Item 39 (Visa refusal), Naalala ko nagtry ako mag apply ng PR sa SG twice. Kaso nareject pero wala namang reason provided Ang ICA. Do I need to declare this? Or wag nalang? Naisip ko kasi baka may negative impact pag magdeclare ako ng rejection.

@michtery_aus SG based din kami, and for us nag apply naman kami ng citizen and it was refused. varying opinions ang nakuha ko when I raised the same question ( pr man or citizenship refusal) - but majority of the responses geared towards what is right - and that is to be truthful. Fortunately I have the details pa nung kailan kami nag apply, and yes - walang reason for rejection - nilagay ko nalang sa Form 80, sa part T 18 (extra sheet for explanation) - ito yung exact words na ginamit ko na you can use din kasi generic naman.

Circumstances of Refusal :

The Singapore government strictly does not state the grounds of rejection of citizenship application to the applicants. No information was shared when the outcome letter was issued to us.palitan mo nalang ng permanent resident application

Bottomline is be truthful - I dont think may negative impact ito - and these things are easily verifiable if gugustuhin nilang iverify - and in most cases - pinaka mahirap mag explain sa bagay or impormasyon na you are expected to declare pero decided not to 🙂

pano po i-merge yung signagure page? Since secured ung form 80, hindi po makapagdelete or add ng pages. Adobe pro po gamit ko.

Print as pdf
Edit the printed pdf using a registered version of any pdf editor (Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF etc.) You can print on paper and sign the last page and attach or use the "Auto Sign" feature of the pdf editor to insert your signature.
Otherwise you may need to print on paper and scan the whole document...

I am not sure but there are also online pdf editors but they are not as robust as registered softwares.

Just a question po, if you shifted courses during college, did you list your original course in Form 80 and marked it as "Withdrew"? Then yung course na natapus, marked as "Completed"? or no need na ilagay yung naunang course? Spent 2 years on the first course and 3 years on the second course.
