June 10-13,2019, Rome to Amsterdam... Etc..

Question, since there is a time difference between Paris and Manila, and the flight took more than 18 hours, dumating kami rito sa Pinas the next day. Should I put the date of the arrival sa "Date To"? or the departure date in Paris? Also, for daytours like sa Liechtenstein and Belgium, okay lang po ba kahit wala ng Date To?

Hello guys! Just want to seek advise.

I'm a seafarer (hydrographic surveyor) na may 2months-1month rotation (onboard-bakasyon).

Dun sa Form 80 Q17: Address History, kailangan ko bang ilagay yung na nasa vessel ako for certain months, at yung permanent address ko everytime na nakabakasyon ako?

medyo marami kasi kung imemention ko sya lahat.

At kung dumaan lang ako sa isang country para maghotel, just before boarding the vessel (for Q18: International Travel/movements) yung from and to dates ba na ilalagay ko ay yung stay lang sa country? Hindi na isasama yung pagstay sa vessel?

Baka mayroon ditong may idea, or had the same experience.

Hi po! Sa mga OFW, ano sinagot nyo sa usual country of residence? nilagay ko sa eoi philippines hindi naman nagcomment ang agent ko. Sa form 80 naisip ko dapat ata uae hehe. Still waiting for ITA pa po ako.

Then meron akong stamp ng iran visa sa old passport ko after exiting uae to wait for my employment visa, I entered uae with tourist visa. Should I declare? Salamat po.

Yes declare everything esp travels po. Meron yan sa question 18 po ( International travels/ movements) then state reasons: work/ business/leisure/back to home country.

Hi @"anastasia.salvador" dineclare pa rin namin ni husband yung travel to Kish, Iran then inistate namin na need to exit UAE to change visa status. Since noon pa naman yun, prior the international restrictions imposed by Trump to Iran, I think it won't be an issue.

@ms_ane @lecia ma eedit pa po ba yon sa eoi? Minessage ko agent sabi niya ok lang daw na ph. Pero worry ko hindi siya magtally sa form80 if ilagay ko na uae naman ang residence ko. Nakakainis yung agent, minsan naisip ko sana nag diy nalang ako hahahah

Thanks @hannakems ganyan na din gagawin ko. More than 14 days kasi ako nagstay dun kaya natatakan pa ng visa hehe.

@anastasia.salvador . Hi po. regarding sa addres You must declare both in your EOI and Form80 your usual country of resident must be your current address in UEA and not in PH.

Usual country of evidence meaning saan ka ngaun usually or currently.

pag sinabing permanent country of resident saan ka galing po.

Ito ba yung Part T? Kung may mga information kang hindi kasya don sa binigay na spaces, for example history of employment and address, you can use that space.

Non-migrating family ay siblings at parents, di ba? Hindi na nila need mag submit ng Form 80.

Thanks @hannakems ganyan na din gagawin ko. More than 14 days kasi ako nagstay dun kaya natatakan pa ng visa hehe.

sis idemand mo nalang na ichange dahil gusto mo kamo e may coherence ang iyong application from skills assessment to eoi to visa lodging. It’s your preference kamo and di ka kamo papayag sa “ok lang yan”. Sana e she honors your request at mag send ng screenshot sa na change mo ng EOI. That change will not affect your DOE.

Naloloka na nga din ako sa agent na yun. EA palang nagtatalo na kami hahaha. Bali po @ms_ane kapag ang usual country of residence ko ay naging uae na. Sa travel record ko, ang isama ko nalang is yung pagbakasyon ko sa pinas and other out of uae na flights? Tama ba? Nagddraft na kasi ako form80 baka mamaya pagtalunan din namin ng agent hehe..
