Meron po ba dito may experience na ang anak nila was deemed by the panel doctor to have mild autism? Puwede po bang magshare ng experience nyo.

Yun po kasing sa anak namin, three months after kami maka comply sa lahat ng health requirement nya ang status pa rin sa immi is "HEALTH ASSESSED, WAIT FOR FURTHER ADVICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT"

We are already getting anxious, almost losing our hope that we will be granted with the visa because of this.

hello, sa case namin di naman naging issue basta sinubmit namin lahat ng pedia, OT, and speech assessments nya. 🙂 God bless sa application nyo and hopefully mag OK na yung visa nyo kasi mas maraming support dito for such cases.

hello po mam ask lang po kung may migration agent po kayo nung nagapply. natatakot ako may mild autism po kc daughter ko and plano po namin mag migrate sa canada. if ever po puede malaman kung sino agent nyo and contact number. thank u

@lilith maam bka po pwede makahingi ng advice pano po naging process nun s inyo? Same situation po kc, and ano pong visa inapply nyo? Salamat po

Hello maam, kamusta po mga application nyo? baka po maging ganito rin situation namin. Nag iisip kami if need na namin mag consult ng dev ped for our daughter.

Question po. Nag lodge po kmi ng PR last month. Sponsored po ng company kasi 482 visa po ako. Ngaun po pinag assessment yung bunso ko 4yrs old hanggang ngaun kasi hindi p sya nag sasalita. Sa mga nabasa ko s forum/threads possible na ma denied ung application na for PR. Ang tanong ko po damay po ba kming mag asawa pag na denied ung anak nmin? Thank you

Yes, pag family application all or nothing ang pag grant ng visa.

If you check the DHA website may section dun that also says they will not make a decision that is detrimental to a child. So in this case, hindi nila ihihiwalay yung child from his parents by granting the parents a visa that will leave the child behind.

I don't think you should lose hope. The additional assessment is needed so that a medical expert can confirm that your child may still develop their speech. I think possibly hindi naman outright idedeny but madedelay lang siguro yung health clearance?

Assessment pa lang naman, wala pang diagnosis. Marami namang bata may delayed speech.

Ang basis for denial is if the medical condition will cost the government a certain amount of money over a certain period of time. If the condition won't cost that much to support, hindi naman irereject ang visa application.

Ay salamat tlga. Nag basa2 din po ako s ibng forum may case nga dw po n gnyan bsta wag lng ung malaki ang gagastusin ng gov ok nmn. Ung s anak ko as in kala mo mhiyain n bata lng. Hindi nmn sya ung magulo o ung nag wawala o nananakit ng ibang tao. Pra lng tlga syang 1yr old kahit turning 5 n sya.
