Another option is, stat dec sa AU embassy.. $63 per stat dec, regardless of how many pages. You have to use the stat dec template from AU govt though. na discuss po it dun sa ACS thread.

Very true. Bihira ang racist dito and so far wala pa ako na encounter. Yan parati tanong din sakin ng mga kaibigan ko. (Hindi ba racist mga aussies? Diba direct to the point sila mang lait? etc etc)

Mababait ang mga Indians, pero syempre may kanya kanya pading personalities/ugali bawat tao. Sabi ko nga from previous comments, matututunan mong maging kaibigan ang ibat ibang nationalities at matututunan mo din ang ibat ibang cultures.

May respeto ang bawat isa sa kanya kanyang cultures.

sa experience ko ang nakaka inis ay yung mga chekwa na galing mainland. Mahahalata mo naman yung raised in Aussie vs. Mainland. ANAPs and Aussies are good mates.

For example sa realestate.com.au required kasi ang inspection, possible ba na hindi na mag go through ng ganun. We need a place kasi upon arrival. Or mas okay ba na maghanap nalang muna ng place sa Filipino groups / shared or solo apartments / hotels before renting an apartment?

Baka po mahirapan kayo ma approve ng lease ng property na naka ads sa realestate.com.au or domain.com.au since required talaga na nag inspection at may background/credit checks din minsan. Plus madami din kayo competition na nandito na so most likely mas pipiliin sila ng landlord.

Try niyo po muna sa mga FB groups like pinoyau sydney. May mga pinoy din na nag papa rent ng rooms temporarily while you are looking for a permanent place, or try airbnb for the mean time.
