approved na medicare namin 3 days lang. i applied july 27. pero yung card after 3 weeks pa ma kuha.
bale, tumawag lang ak today just to follow-up. and nag verify lang sa akin yung taga medicare lang. binigyan kami ng 5 years expiry.

fill up medicare form
attached the form with your passport and visa grant docs and send email.

tapos tumwag lang ako today to follow up. tapos yun, na kuha ko na medicare ID# namin.
tanong ko lang, isang form lang ba ginamit nyo sa wife mo?
