Nun mag BM friends ko last year, nag hotel muna sila ng 1 week while house hunting. Pero sa Sydney sila ha. Hotel address nilagay nila sa disembarkation form. :smile:

uncertain times talaga no.. :neutral: We initially planned our BM to Melbourne to be last July sana, but due to Covid we decided to push it back to January 2021. Pero, with the current situation, hindi pa din talaga sure if we’d be able to push this through.. Di ko rin po sure. Nakita ko lang sa melbourne news. Sa ngayon di pa naman kami nagrebook. Baka bigla magbago ang protocol nila after 6 weeks.

Oo nga ang hirap talaga ng situation ngayon 🙁 hanggang kelan pwede ang IED nyo? Samin feb 1, kaya gusto rin sana namin ipush this year yung move.

Pero may nabasa ako dito na sagot. Na oks lang daw lumagpas sa IED, basta wag lalagpas sa expiry ng mismong Visa.

Nakita ko din yung info na yun pero I dont want to risk. Sana makapag BM tayo before our IEDs ng walang hassle. Kakaba

Question po regarding sa mga kailangan mag-initial entry this year. Considering the current situation - COVID, very limited flights, required 2-week quarantine pagland sa Sydney + ikaw magshshoulder ng 3000 AUD for the hotel accommodation, naisip ko, parang hindi practical mag-initial entry. Meron po bang nagtry na magrequest ng extension for initial entry date? Pwede po ba ako makahingi ng sample letter? Worth it pa rin naman mag Big move lalo na kung galing sya sa bansang mataas ang covid case. Wala masyadong case sa Sydney at mas maganda ang health care at welfare benefits sa Australia. Marami akong kilalang mga nag Big move na naka Jobseeker ngayon, malaki din ang bigayan mga 2k a month

Pero nasa sakanya p rin naman

@KarlaD i agree with the big move, we’re on our 11th day. Pang second throat swab na din namin and bagi kami lalaya this weekend is another swab.!

Sa Pinas ka ba galing? Mukhang mahirap ang flights ngyon jan papunta dito. Kung meron man palaging nacacancel. Kung kya nyo mag move end of this year, go lang. prepare for that move. Check mo din ang occupation mo kung madami hiring sa ngyon. Madami currently are for medical field. Pag ok naman sa inyo na magstay muna jan since may bayad ang quarantine, ipon muna para ready pag punta na dito.

Auto na ata ang extension ng Initial entry. Wag lang lalampas sa validity ng visa which is 5 years pa naman..

Yes meron ayuda lalo pag both jobseekers pa. Tama si @fortdomeng mga 2k/mo per person yun. Pag meron na work, report mo kagad para di magkautang sa govt.

Opo sir!!! Mandatory testing esp galing kami international travel.. pang second today on 11th day then last na sa ika 14th day.. Everyday din nagccheck thru phone calls mga nurses/doctors asking for any symptoms like fever, sore throat. Mas ok para sa lahat.

Sydney po eto na quarantine facility.

Good to hear ok po kayo dyan. Tanong ko po sana baka alam nyo sagot. Recently po kasi nagextend si Melbourne ng lockdown kaya hindi na po matutuloy ang flight namin. In case po na magSydney muna kami then magtake ng domestic flight to Melbourne madodoble po ba ang quarantine namin? Initial quarantine kay Sydney then another quarantine pagdating sa Melbourne? Salamat po.

Yes double quarantine ang mangyayari sa inyo, Sydney quarantine as international travelers, then last week kasi may bagong rules sila due to second wave sa state ng Victoria, lahat ng interstate travelers May quarantine na din. Sì traveler ang mababayad nun. Kaya madaming nagsiuwian nun Friday, 8 ng Aug para makahabol ng cut off at di magbayad.

Super strict ngayon at very uncertain ang travel papunta sa State ng Victoria. Praying na malagpasan nila to ngayon. Lalo na andaming healthcare workers ang tinamaan. Praying and praying 🙏🏻!

Akala ko din 2 swabs lang, nagulat ako kanina meron kumatok! No choice kundi sumunod. Praying na wag naman sana anoh? Ayun sa nabasa ko at sa forum sa FB, dadalhin ka sa isang facility, depende sa urgency at need of medical attention, like di malala, nasa government facilities sila at hindi sa hospital. Andun kasi nagwowork ibang nurse na kilala ko. Syempre bawal ko mention ang facility na yun. Government po lahat gagastos nun as long as PR/citizen.
