Correct me if Im wrong pero may nagsabi sakin na bawal daw mga ganun. Yung bond mo and advanced based lang sa weekly mo. Ang pwede mo lang taasan eh weekly mo pero bond mo stay pa rin sa original asking nila. Bond is equal to rent pw x 4 point something.

Tips sa viewing, dumating ng maaga, pag maaga yun agent chickahin nyo asks questions about the unit, pano application , medyo tagalan nyo pag-ikot sa unit. Sa experience namin yun mga agent na nakipag usap kami and really asks question about current tenant , how to apply etc. Sila yun nashortlist kami at binalikan talaga kami.

hello newbie po ako sa group. Balak din po namin magstart this 2020 magprocess ng application for migration sa AU. Meron po ba dto naka experience na magkaroon ng positive result sa vetassess na nagpa assess as interior designer pero architect? Appreciate kung meron po makapagshare ng experience. Thanks

Yes. Yung asawa ko is Architect in the Philippines. but napunta siya sa linya ng ID nung nag work kami dito sa SG. Pinaassess namin yung sa VETASSESS niya is Interior Design. positive naman results. As long as majajustify mo na ID tlaga work mo. HIndi nila kinount yung isang company niya na magkahalong Archi and ID kasi most ng job description niya sa Company na yun is Archi. Hope this helps.

Pa singit lang po need advise on rentals... so required po Payslips ... paano po pag wala pa trabaho, mahirap talaga makahanap house rental Sir? Kahit may pambayad few month deposit? Please advise po, salamat.

Kelangan ng employment contract sir at payslips. Di pwedeng walang work afaik.
In my case sa Sydney nga lang wala pa ako work nun. Bank statement lang na approve naman. Cguro enough funds to cover a couple of months rent ma coconsider naman nila.
