How to get BIR ITR for ACS proof of payment ??

Hello Po eto po concern ko.

need BIR ITR and im in a different country.

My past company also closed wala na sila copy.

meron po ba email support BIR for me to request?

if no. pano po kumuha? Kelangan ko po pumunta walk in and makukuha ko po kaya kaagad pag umuwi ako pinas?

Ung office ko dati na nag sara, nasa UP Technohub QC area. sa west ave BIR daw sila nag ffile ng ITR.

nasa Cebu akoa @udonggo. Nag response yung prev company ko, for some reason, wala pa daw silang BIR nung 2013 kasi kakastart lang nila. SSS nalang yung gagamitin ko since i got my Certificate of Remittance from them. Hopefully enough na yun. :smile:

bali ano ipapasa mo? payslip and SSS? diba dalawa per company dapat?

hello sir, sorry na misunderstand ko. yung SSS gagamitin ko as proof of employment during VISA lodgment. Tapos na po ako sa ACS, nung time ko wala pa yung proof of employment pero i think pwede parin gamitin yung SSS kasi may employment history naman sya tapos mandatory government contribution din yan. Try mo magsearch dun sa ACS na thread sir, mas marami makakatulong sa iyo dun.

@udonggo yung Certificate of Remittance galing sa employer ko yun pero some adviced nya pwede daw gamitin yung screenshot from the SSS site but to be sure lang, try to ask dun sa ACS thread. Marami nasa same scenario mo na makakatulong.

olats sila sa email, yun saken 1 month yata bago sumagot (naka apat na follow up ako). Better to call the hotline para mabigyan ng inatruction bago punta sa office nila para di din masayang byahe 🙂

search mo kapatid ang SSS site and mag register ka online. If need mo assistance mabilis sumagot ang SSS. Once may access ka na, makikita mo doon ang contribution mo.

Doesn’t it say tumawag? So it means you need to call rather than email.

#Nag try din ako mag sadya dati sa mismong RDO na pinag reremittan ng opis ko dati. Sadly, tinurn down ako ng isang BIR employee, sbi sa employer daw ako humingi. Di ko sure kung tinatamad lang mag halungkat o ano. Haha. Pero thanks God nka kuha ako ng copy.

Hindi ba na ang ITR at Form 2316 e iisa? Di ko na masyado maalala bilang medyo matagal na ako di nag work sa pinas, pero nung na CO contact ako sa EA, it was actually Form 2316 that they requested for me to provide 🙂

Hello po sa lahat. Would like to share some input. Tama po kayo @ms_ane, ITR at Form 2316 ay iisa Lang.

I had the same problem before kasi wala akong naitabi ni isang ITR sa first employment ko. Bale Ang tanda ko, when i tried calling BIR office, year 2014 onwards lang na-implement na magkaron Ng Form 2316 copy Ang BiR office. Prior to year 2014, all ITR copy ay si Company Lang Ang meron. May isang member dito sa forum na nagshare Ng isang option na pwede gawin which I followed and was successful. Ung sakin kasi ay prior to 2014 pa. Bale, I sent an email to my previous company (finance department) asking for copy of payslips and BIR. They replied na wala na silang copy since nag change sila Ng system and deleted na Sa system nila ung coverage Ng employment yrs ko. I then attached that email conversation as proof that I exerted effort na magproduce Ng ITR and payslips Pero out of control ko naman na since deleted na sa system nila. I got positive assessment naman from EA.

Pero kung year 2014 onwards Ang employment nyo, alam ko May tinatawag na master lists Tapos action item to ni Company para makagenerate Ng Form 2316. I’ll double check my office inbox Ang Lam ko naitabi ko pa ug emAil Ng BIR and will post here. 🙂

Hello everyone, just wanted to share. eto ung reply sakin ng BIR when I sent an inquiry to them last year. I sent an email here: contact_us@bir.gov.ph

Sa experience ko, within 24 hours nagreply naman sila agad.

"If the previously printed copy is no longer available, the employer can generate a new copy using the details of the employee as reported in the alphabetical list attached to their BIR Form 1604CF submitted by the employer to the RDO for the year involved."

"For other inquiries, you may call us through the numbers 981-7003, 981-7020, 981-7030, 981-7040, 981-7046 or you may visit our website through the link http://www.bir.gov.ph/ We appreciate your continued support."

Pano po makakuha ng form 2316? Need ko po kasi ng copy ng itr ko for 2015. Or ok na po ang itr 2016, 2017, 2018? Yun lang po kasi ang meron ako. ilan po ba ang kailangan?

@EngrCyAlex hello. For 2014 onwards May copy na Ang Company Ng mga ITRs natin. Unlike prior to 2014 na employee Lang Ang May copy Ng ITRs. Hence, you may ask/get a copy from your company. Additional document to prove your paid employment are the following: payslips, SSS (attach contribution table and employment history), Pagibig, bank statement/bank certificate.
