If you don't mind, ask ko lang din paano po kaya after setting up an account with them, need po ba kaagad pondohan ng maintaining balance? Not sure if kung may ganun sa AU kasi sa pinas meron tayong initial na deposit upon creating an account with any bank. Additionally, ano po ang way to transfer funds from PH to NAB after successfully ma create yung account?

Nag simulate pala ako ng application, nanghihingi ng TFN, address, phone and occupation status. Ano po inindicate nyo @badblockz when you applied while in PH pa? Thanks again.

nilagay ko muna yung PH details ko, TIN etc etc. pwde mo naman to ipa.update once pag dating mo sa Aus. I used iRemit sa Ortigas to move my funds from PH to Nab.

Malaki po ba yung rates? And lugi po ba or ayus lng ung conversion ?

@cutiepie25 at that time, the rates were decent hehe. IMO, the fees were better compared if using bank transfers.

@cutiepie25 tawag ka sa kanila. i think eto yung binigay saken nila last time. phone 87069999 loc 116 to 117 for inquiries. yun charge pala was 10AUD, not sure kung same pa rin ngayon.

If 5000 u can just handcarry it. Basta ung cash mo is hndi lalamapas ng 10k for the whole fam ha.

Petition Reason

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional Visa) Holders, including Subclasses 489 and 491, stranded overseas due to travel restrictions. These provisional visa holders are aspiring future permanent resident of Australia. These visas are a pathway to permanent residency, and to become eligible for these visas, we have to follow quite similar criteria as Permanent visa subclasses like subclass 189 and 190. We all are committed to contributing to the Australian economy and regional development. Most of us have jobs and homes in Australia, and many people sold their homes and quit their jobs to prepare themselves for migration. Regional visa holders lose their time while stranded overseas, which will adversely affect their future permanent residency application because we have only a limited period to satisfy current requirements. There has been an announcement made that from 19 September 2020, COVID-19 concessions will be available for eligible prospective Skilled Regional (subclass 887) visa applicants, who the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic may have disadvantaged. This announcement does not include any relaxation for applicants currently on Subclass-491 and covers only a small portion of subclass-489, which are benefited from these benefits.

Petition Request

We therefore ask the House to consider extend the visa validity of visas according to their time lost due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or more concession will be given for permanent residency application, and Skilled regional visas should be exempted from current travel restrictions.

same here. waiting for at least an announcement man lang kung paano setup para sa mga dipa nakapag first entry since the visa grant. wala man lang kasing plano for us kung either iextend ba validity based sa nasayang na duration or bawasan requirement ng residency and work to convert to 887. kakainip na and kakapagod din tignan yung mga "cases per day = lockdown" news nila.

Sana talaga before our visa expires meron silang acceptable proposal para satin.

Visa Granted Nov 2019. Nasa SG but due to Covid19 back in PH nung 2020.

Waiting until now or until when para mag announce ng measures for Visa 489 holders.

Waiting for repatriation to Pinas. Nawalan na ako work dito UAE. Hopefully mag-open na soon. Sa Pinas na lng kmi magwait.
