A. Yes, as long as meron syang separate EOI for other states. In my case I already have an approved 491 nomination from ACT tapos ngayon may nareceive na invitation naman from NSW.

B. From what I understand, non refundable yung application. But once approved, there's 60 days to lodge sa DHA naman so may konting allowance to decide which visa to apply for.

494 is an employer sponsored visa. Kailangan mo makahanap ng employer who will give you a job offer and who will nominate you for this visa.

I got an pre-invite/ITA for SA. hindi kailangan. Queensland lang yata may ganun requirement. For me, it took 2 days mula application to final ITA.

Hindi ba mas madali pag family sponsor (491)? May relatives na kami sa AU. Iniisip ko ano ang best migration pathway. HELP?

not yet, but I've seen the lodgement form for 491 na and it's not asking for any proof of funds.

Naglodge na ako ng 491 sa SA, wala naman hiningi na proof of funds or anything. Same lang I think sa visa, different yung sa state nomination since may ibang states na humihingi ng proof of funds like Queensland.

I just got invited for state nomination South Australia Offshore (491). My skill assessment with ACS (Australian Computer Society) has already expired since I applied last two years ago during covid.I have 14 Days to submit my documents. and this is the only thing missing. I submitted a new ACS again and paid the same amount, it will take 8 -12 weeks according to the website

Do not submit an application with expired documentation. If you are unable to submit an application within the given time due to expired documents, you can allow the invitation to expire, then contact us when you have valid documentation. Your EOI will be flagged when Skilled and Business Migration review EOIs in SkillSelect in the future.

Anyone here tried to get an invitation again even though the document expired and you have submitted late?
