Visa 190 and 491

any idea on the chances of being approved dito sa pre-invite?
dilemma ko kung kahit papano ba meron na ako better chance dahil nabigyan ako ng pre-invite, or baka income-generating lang sa state na magpa-apply sa madaming tao.

@leerandyq, if okay nmn lahat ng documents mo. sure na maaprove nmn agad ung pre-invite mo, in my case within a week.

May sense kaya kung magsubmit ako ng application na galing sa pre-invite ng SA (visa 491), considering na next month expire nung ACS assessment ko? TIA

@leerandyq, oo kasi valid p ung assessment mo sa time ng invitation. better to submit na. ang fee is around $343. Tuloy tuloy na yan.

Siguro last na lang, at baka hindi applicable sa mga single, ako kasi Married na.

Meron message sa SA nomination application form na-

"Your partner must have a skills assessment for a relevant occupation and Competent English."

Since freelance ang spouse ko, wala sya relevant occupation, pero Proficient naman ang PTE nya.

Deal breaker kaya ito sa 491?

@leerandyq, claim mo ba ung points ng occupation asawa mo? dapat 5 points lng ang ni claim mo sa spouse points since english lng meron xa.

if ung english points lng niclaim, walang mggng issue.

basta dapat lahat ng nclaim mong points dun sa EOI mo is ma prove mo, maaproved ung invitation mo. 🙂

65 pts minimum for ALL occupations. If you mean minimum points na naiinvite for 190, check each state requirement.

65 pts minimum for ALL occupations. If you mean minimum points na naiinvite for 190, check each state requirement.

190 isn’t subject to priority points. It all depends on the selection criteria of the state. These days don’t worry about points. As long as you reach the minimum points, should be fine. It’s raining invites even on just 65 points. Just get yourself out there!

Same lang ng health care ng permanent and 491

Both will also purchase private health insurance na hindi covered ng medicare like ambulance cover and etc.

Free Tafe Courses ay hindi available for 491 Visa Holders staying at NSW and VIC. Sa ibang states allowed ang 491 to avail free. Check your eligibility. Permanent Visa Holders can avail kahit nasa NSW and VIC

Some jobs require permanent visa and/or citizen status like working in government setting.

Syempre yung visa conditions mo na hindi ka pwede live,work, study sa Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane. Pero you can visit Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.. (limited time lang ito)

Same lang ng permanent, na you have 4 years stay in Australia (check the conditions of stay) then apply citizenship (3 years provisional + 1 permanent + follow the visa condition). sa 189 and 190 (4 years permanent)

Overseas driver's licence pwedeng gamitin sa AU if 491 ka up to the validity of driver's licence and visa whichever comes first. Pag 189 and 190 ka, you have 6 months depending sa state to convert your driver's licence sa state licence upon passing the exams

And also, I have updated my contact details and addresses kahit wala pa pong message to update details pero nakareceive pa rin po ako ng message requiring me to update my details. Need po ba iresend yun or hindi na?

When would WA invite EOIs from other states?
If you are onshore tapos na grant 190 sa ibang state, how long do you have to move interstate?
Do you have to fulfill to live 2yrs sa state b4 applying for citizenship?

491 holders have access to medicare

They usually ask for your address and phone number. May advantage ka if nasa AU ka na. Pero siyempre pwede ka rin magapply and indicate sa cover letter ang Date of Entry.

Hello. Baka may similar case.

I received my Japan Police clearance in a sealed envelope and clearly noted there that it should be opened only by the Australian authority and I am not allowed to open it. The person at the Japanese embassy told me to "maybe" just scan and upload the envelope and wait for their consent for me to open it and scan the actual certificate.

May similar case po ba sa inyo na ganto from another country? Anong dapat gawin?

I did. I am here Singapore when I renewed my NBI online, Monday I renewed online and pay 2 items (25php NBI + 130 php delivery charge = 155php). Then , thursday na receive na ng ate ko sa pinas.

Yung email sayo sis my tracking ng transaction, you can click and check.

Hi! Just a question -I have received state nomination already but there are some information in my employment that i need to change (the dates of employment). Would it be okay if I will change some employment dates in my visa application but contradicts to my EOI? Since I had a permanent job before for a couple of months then eventually changed to casual employment wherein sometimes I work less than 20 hrs per week (thus i cant say yes to skilled employment). Would it be ok if I make these changes to my visa application but there are no changes in my points?

Hello po! Ng lodge po ako ng roi for RDA hunter nong march 3 then today nkatanggap po ako ng email na they received my papers then they will follow up next week for the application invoice. Pero ng post po sila na close na sila for application. Ano ibig sabihin? Should I proceed for payment? Does that mean nkakuha ako ng slot before cut off?

Possibly. You just need to wait for them to send you the invoice. Make sure it's the official invoice as there have been reports of scamming in recent weeks.
