sa post po nung mga naapprove ay binilang nila ang days mula lodgement ng visa till approval date (150-160 days)

Meron po b dito n nainvite ng QLD state 190 po. Puro NSW at VIC nkikita ko. Galing n din kasi ako ng VIC malamig kasi lgi don🤣 kaya hindi ako nagpasa ng eoi🥲

Magkakaroon ba ng problema sa immigration or sa visa processing if yung nakasulat na dates ng work experience sa assessement ay pang 8 years and 2 months lang pero sinulat nila duon sa dulo ng paragraph ang experience ko ay 8 years and 3 months.. ung sa date sinulat nila is Sept 5 na dapat Sept 15.

Napacheck tuloy ako sa ACS result ko, kasi di ko vinerify kung tama ba yung bilang nila. Yung sakin, yung first work ko, nilagay nila 5 years and 3 months, pero di sya talaga buong 3 months. Bali 1 week short siya. So 2 months and 3 weeks talaga sya. Also, sa assessment kasi, walang day na nakalagay eh, month lang, sana walang issue sa visa approval haha:

Walang problema yang sa ACS basta tama ang month and year, kasi yung EOI naman ang may totoong computation ng total experience mo, that is also the reference of the visa application. Guide lang ng DHA yang assessment kung tama yung ni-claim mong points based sa Skill Level Met Date.

Hi all, may nabasa ako na tataasan daw ang TSMIT from 53900 to 70k this July. Saw some discussions na dahil dito, tataas din ang req'd income ng 191 visa to 70k din since ang TSMIT ang reference sa income reqt ng 191. Di pa confirmed though but would appreciate news on this moving forward - let's keep each other posted.

IMO di makatao yang increase na yan, mahirap na nga mareach ang 53900 sa regional e. Baka lang naman na taasan nila yang TSMIT pero ang income needed sa 191 will still be the same 53900. Pero knowing how Australia moves the goalpost and changes rules often, I'm prepared for the worst haha

Hi, Is there any benefit if paghihiwalayin ung lodgement ng 189 and 190? Currently ni-lodge kami ng agent for 189 and 190 VIC, however may kakilala ako na nauna pang mainvite kesa samin kahit we submitted it earlier than them.

Ang alam kong benefit is pwede ka ma-invite for both, since if na-invite yung 189 EOI mo active pa rin ang 190 EOI (unless you voluntarily withdraw, which you should do rin naman). But as for whether that affects the viability of your EOI, di ko lang sure. Usually sineseparate talaga lalo na if for different subclasses and different states.

Factor na rin sa invitation game ang occupation mo, if competitive or hindi.

I have seen this way back December 2022:

_NSW Nomination Criteria Relaxed

NSW Immigration has removed the earlier available points scores and work experience instructions for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) due to greater availability of the Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) by DHA, Australia.

Considering the above relaxation in the nomination criteria, it’s the high time for the aspirants to apply for the NSW nomination for Subclass 190 visa. The Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 is a permanent residence visa that allows the visa holder to live, work or study in Australia permanently._

Does it mean hindi na need and points and work experience for subclass 190? Let's say below 65 ang total points, pwede pa rin mag submit?
