So kahit na citizen ka na, di ka parin sure kung magstay ka during lifetime sa AU if hindi correct ang docs na pinasa. Not a guarantee to stay in AU lifetime.

In my opinion napakalaking gamble kasi nyan, fully aware ka na may mali sa points claim mo and very particular ang immi sa points na yan. Lodging it knowing this baka hindi ka mapakali sa paghihintay sa outcome knowing may issue. Pag nareject pa yan magkakarecord ka pa ng refusal. I'm not aware of the steps sa 190 QLD pero mahirap ba makakuha ng new ITA?
mahirap po makakuha ng new ITA. I don't really have an issue naman po sa points kasi same points padin po. yun changes lang po sa education history ko ang need po kasi baguhin.

Have you considered na hindi lahat ng bachelors degree from the Philippines ay equivalent to a bachelors degree in AU? If your uni in the PH is a level 1 school, then yes your bachelors degree will be 15 points. Additionally, sa skills assessment mo ba nakalista yung uni mo sa atin?

yes po. I did check po. and accdg din po dito sa group yun uni ko po sa pinas is level 1 and international school po. to make sure po, will ask advice and assistance nalang po ako sa lawyer. Will keep all posted for others reference and to help din po. thanks po sa lahat ng nagrespond at sa input 🙂

Yup, walang way talaga to cancel. May mga ibang cases na they received ITA for 189/190 after receiving ITA for 491 so they let it lapse also.

We all have different circumstances. We were supposed to wait for 190 NSW but it did not come so soon so we had to put a hard stop and go with VIC. If pareho kayo competetive, you will go with whichever side, not being selfish here but it is what is. Its a game of chance, luck and preparation.

People are happy with competent english, so be it. People aim for superior, its up to them. Some even spend a fortune to get NAATI, just to increase the chances.

With all the data available for DOHA, alam na nila conversion rates niyan from ITA to lodgement. 😁

Yes. navoid and yung connected sa application na yun like yung anak na ipinanganak dito, void rin kasi nga, void yung visa from the start.

Siguro kailangan niya magconsult ng migration agent like kay RHEAMARN or yung traci migration, malay natin, may ibang paraan or technicality na pwede pala. Yung mga complicated cases, kailangan iconsult sa migration lawyer.

Do you know ano specifically ang errors sa documents nya? Wrong details ba ang prinovide?

And yeah, you're better off seeking professional advice. May iba that went off of the technicality (I read cases na the CO allowed the wrong distribution of points since same naman ang ending total but asked for proof to back up the claimed points) but again, big risk. If you're in no rush naman, you have good points, and okay ang occupation mo, you can take the slow way of relodging another EOI. Good luck!!

You really have to be careful when filling out visa documents & always be truthful. Meron din case dati dito na nakatanggap ng Natural Justice for their PR application dahil the CO compared the details in their PR visa application with the details in their student visa application and may discrepancy na nakita. Granted yung student visa and they were already here on that visa. Hindi ko na maalala exactly what the discrepancy was, pero affected yung points. They ended up withdrawing the PR application, so sayang yung pera. Di na sya nag-update after that kung nainvite ulit sila o hindi na. That was before covid pa.

Do you have the link of the actual news/case by any chance? As far as I know, revoking citizenship is a very serious action only usually reserved for terrorists and intentional citizenship fraud. But saying like there's just a "discrepancy" sounds like too much for this action. Even more so if they already renounced their PH citizenship as UN will surely intervene if the person is to be left stateless.

There was a controversial case of a UK woman who joined ISIS who got her UK citizenship revoked, and rights lawyers are defending her, then this case in AU did not cause some sort of uproar where the affected party caused much less severe offence?

Also, this is a case for immigration lawyers, not agents.

I'm curious if they were represented by a lawyer for their case.

Ang moral obligation lang naman sa nominating state ay magsettle ka dun for at least 2 years. But you can enter anywhere in Australia. Entry is ok, settlement you'll have to do sa state na nagnominate sayo.

Though, it's counterintuitive to me, that you wont stay in your sponsoring state which you personally selected to begin with, unless there is a compelling reason like job security/opportunities in another state and all.

i have a very very minor dilemma, i already have 190 VIC ITA [sobrang bilis nila mag invite actually, thank you Lord] and currently lodging. Yung prefer ko kasing work ay nasa SYD. Other than that, wala namang issue with VIC, yung work opportunity and getting tied up for min. 2yrs lang tlga ang concern ko

considering to apply 190 NSW EOI din, baka sakali
