Priority points are not applicable to 190 and 491 (regional sponsored)….it all spends on the selection criteria if the state. Although it’s always safec to aim for the highest points possible, do hear in mind that points claimed won’t be the be all and end all.
yep, really depends on state requirements talaga. pero sa dami ng nag aapply sa NSW, mas okay pa din na magstandout from the crowd by having relatively higher points (and make sure compliant sa state requirements like being onshore / offshore for 6 months prior to invite for NSW)

That’s correct. My thinking hat as an agent upon initial consultation with a client is to exhaust all possible points to be claimed….but at the end of the day, one shouldn’t be too disheartened with whatever points he/she ends up with. Meeting the minimum eligibility points is all it takes to give you hope. As long as you have 65 points, there’s always a chance - especially during the current migration program year and likely for the coming one from next month. I’ve seen cases progressed with just 65 points and with only competitive English. I always tell clients, just do whatever you can control within your hands and the rest, let fate lead you to where you’re meant to go.

Yup, it means it's cleared. Is the status the same for all applicants?

Yes, all applicant status shows "Health clearance provided - no action required"

hello. ask ko lang po sana if meron ditong visa 190 or 491 sa WA po? ask lang if meron po ba talagang proof of fund na 20k aud? may mga nabasa po kasi ako na sa WA meron pong ganun.

1.) sa 190, ano pag snabing pre invite? eto ba ung time na mag papasa ka roi? o yung roi snsabay na sya pag magsubmit ka ng eoi per state?

2.) anong states ung may roi bukod sa victoria?

3.) need din roi sa 491?

I believe ACT changed it last FY so applicants wouldn't need a job offer though it would add to your matrix score. Not sure if this will change this FY. Important to note that state nomination guidelines are subject to change per the state's discretion, so best to consult and check the state websites directly. Hi. Just wanted to ask for those anyone na may experience na sa ganitong situation.

I am currently waiting for my 190 NSW grant. Would there be any impact sa citizenship if I move to another state right after the grant to be with my relatives?

When I read the state nomination approval, it says there na I am required to commit for 2 years.

Any thoughts on this?

For your 2nd question na nagkainvite pero di naglodge, marami nakaranas nito last year due to expired docs. Wala issue dito kasi ang EOI pwede mainvite 2x before maging invalid.

NSW had 2 pathways. One is direct application with an RDA and the other one is waiting for an invite from the State. Each uses separate occupation lists. Not sure if this will change this year.

My other questions:

At which stage do we start APHRA? Is it while ASMIRT assessment is on-going as they are separate assessing bodies?
Is Professional exam for radiographer taken from overseas or onshore after arriving to Australia?
