Ask ko lang po sana for those na nasendan ng ITA for QLD under 491. Need po ba na maging specific sa place na gusto mo applyan?. What if for instance plan mo sa Gold Coast mag apply, Need po ba na imention dun kung san mismo sa Goldcoast mag apply?. Considering na wala ka pa naman exact place na mapupuntahn most especially dun ka pa lang mag hahanap ng work after visa approval. Salamat po

My uncle was recently invited sa 491 QLD and currently nasa Dubai.

Eto yung guide na sinunod ni tito ko when he wrote his commitment statement.

Just mentioned the reason why you choose Gold Coast generally speaking with regards dun sa mga question. For example dun sa employability, I remember nilagay ni tito ko about sa possible na pwede applyan based sa job search na ginawa nya sa seek kaya isa yun sa mga reason why he choose the area.

Hi hope someone can help me. Nalodge na yesterday ang visa application ng tito ko and di namin ineexpect na automatic response ang medical and biometrics request.

Question 1: They are based in Dubai (husband and wife) but their child is in the Philippines. With regards to the current situation na total lockdown ang Luzon sarado ang Nationwide sa Baguio and St. lukes sa manila naman close din until further notice and need i-comply ang medical within 28days. Kanino ba pwede humingi ng extension for the medical?

Question 2: UAE is one of the countries na required ang biometrics pero Philippines wala sa list. Question ko po is yung anak nilang nasa Pinas required po ba mag undergo ng biometrics o silang mag-asawa lang na nasa Duba?

Hello po... hingi sana ako ng advise about sa Victoria 190 visa. Doon sa website nila meron nkalagay na "Offer of Employment". Pwd po ba offshore na merong genuine offer of employment? Meron po ba dito naka experience na naka receieved ng ITA from Victoria government for 190 visa with genuine offer of employment kahit nasa offshore?

For question 1: I think mam just message their CO to ask for an extension.

For question 2: Im not totally sure, but I think you sa child nila na nasa pinas no need na for biometrics. Ang alam ko kasi pag nasa abroad lng nirerequest mag biometrics. Napansin ko din po kasi yan when I applied for tourist visa before. They asked me for biometrics while ung mga ksabayan ko sa pinas hind n sila nag biometrics.

Thanks for the response mam. Yes mam this is for the commitment statement. I submitted it already. I just chose specific place in Gold Coast since kasama n nmn siya sa regional area.

Then mam, if magsusubmit ba ng documents sa immi if nainvite ka na mag lodge ng application, does it needs to be notarized/ CTC?. Thank you

Yung mga documents na sinend ni tito ko bsta coloured scan no need na ctc/notarized.

After mo mag submit ng EOI sa home affairs na website, wait ka nalang ng ITA?
If may ITA na dun palang malalaman ano need nila?
May nababasa kase ako na may need ba visit sa site ng state?

for 190/491 state sponsorship, application process depends on which state you are seeking for state sponsorship. For SA, you need to apply for state sponsorship directly on SA govt website. Some states will choose who to invite to apply for sponsorship from the submitted EOIs in the homeaffairs website. You must visit each states website to check whether your nominated occupation is in the State's skilled nomination list. ITA for visa application is dependent upon the approval of your state sponsorship. Once the state sponsorship is approved, homeaffairs will issue ITA for the visa. You can visit www.anzscosearch.com and search for your nominated occupation and it will show you your visa options. (What to apply, which state offers sponsorship etc.)
