Its really challenging to find work here in SA. Im an analyst programmer (java) but i have also done BA and PM work so I try to apply for those positions too. As they always say here, keep the faith --- though sometimes its hard to do that when reality hits you in the face and your baon is dwindling. #keepthefaith

Question: do recruiters need applicants to be in SA to be favorable in getting hired?

Pwede bang dito muna Pinas? Or ok lng ba if naka stay kami sa relatives sa Sydney while applying online?

I'M approved with visa subclass 190. SS SA.

@majar - most of the companies I applied gusto nila face-to-face interview unfortunately.

Even kapag apply ka to other state, it will start as phone after that kapag na short list ka, you will need to fly interstate for the personal interview. Pero the company will book the flight for you.
