Accommodations: 1BR to 2BR Apartment or Unit in Springvale, Victoria

Good day. Pa join po on this thread category... may posting na po kami sa ibang category and different topic, although housing din.

We are taking interest na rin po sa Springvale as suburb of residence.. we are making BM early next year 2020 sa Melbourne.

Based on readings, convenient ang Springvale location and has almost everything. Patulong lang po need inputs on following:

1) Marami po ba available 1 to 2BR units or apartments na malapit sa centre and main road po ng Springvale? Family of 3 lang po kami, 2 adults one child

2) We read may safety concerns po sa Springvale? How serious po itong safety issues na to?

It depends sa area ng Springvale. Mas malapit daw sa Dandenong central/plaza, mas maraming crimes - meaning you cannot walk alone at night compared to Caulfield, Burwood, Mordialloc, Brighton, and many more suburbs.

If you have kids, also good to consider the schools around the area.

May Springvale na maganda, like yung area malapit na sa Haileybury grammar school.
