Just received an offer for work in AU under visa 457 po. Altho di ko pa ina-accept ang offer. Anyway, I just want to be ready po. Quick questions please:

Once nomination is lodged, what are the documents I need to proceed my visa application?
Is COE required for visa application? Anhirap po kasi na magresign na and magiging jobless while waiting for the visa 😃
External audit po ung job ko, do I have to take IELTS? Anybody here who tried to apply for English exemption thru certification of English as medium of language? Pano po un?

It's difficult for me to land a job as a registered nurse here through 457 sponsorship. Most employers, recruiters and agencies are looking for RNs who are either citizen or resident. If they do sponsor, they want nurses from UK or NZ. I think I already applied for less 150 jobs. Some immediately reject my application because of I need sponsorship and most of it are still pending. I don't even know if they assessed it already.

Guys, any tip on securing 457 sponsorship?

you will be advised on your options regarding the English qualifications. Kunyari, you may be given an option to 1.take the ielts and get a minimum score (depende rin ang minimum score required) 2.provide proof of having at least 5 continuous years of study wherein the mode of teaching was English
