482 Subsequent Entrant Application

Hello mga kababayan, I just want to get your thoughts on my case:

I'm currently holding a 482 visa (valid until August 2022) I'm planning to apply for my girlfriend's (of 8 years) subsequent entrant visa next week

Sinimulan ko na yung application and we're just completing the required documents. So far, this is what we got to prove the relationship:

Signed Letter of support from my employer to extend my visa application to her Bank Certification (from Security Bank) for our joint account in the Philippines

Proof of Financial Support - Fund Transfer from my local account (BPI/BDO/GCash) to her local account (BPI/BDO/GCash) Proof of Travel

Hotel Bookings Flight Bookings

Proof of Relationship Screenshots of our social media accounts

Travel Pictures Pictures from Social Events

Special Power of Attorney in the Philippines to allow my girlfriend to transact in my behalf for my bank accounts

Couple of notes:

We lived for about 2 years (from 2016-2018) sa condo ng girlfriend ko (with her mother and sister) until lumipat ako dito sa Sydney but our only proof is yung tenant ID na issued 2016 (walang expiry yung ID) We bought a property in Davao pero hindi pa namin napapa notarize yung contract to sell under both our names

I'm looking at applying our relationship under NSW Relationship Register

Meron po ba akong similar case? Can anyone provide some thoughts or opinion kung pano ko pa masosolidify yung application ko. Thanks!

Both of you execute a Stat Dec (if in Au) or Affidavit (if in PH) about your relationship.
Ask a family member, a friend or two who knows both of you well to execute a Stat Dec (if in Au) or an affidavit if in PH

salamat po sa feedback. After nyo po ba mag lodge nung application, after ilang days po bago nyo nakuha yung endorsement para makapag pa medical yung partner nyo?

And gaano po katagal bago na grant yung application nyo?

HAP ID can be generated sa immi website. DI n kami nag-antay na mag send ng request for medicals. Visa was approved after about a month. Di ko na maalaa ang exact date kse way back 2018 pa yun.
