1 year po, inextend po namen mother in-law ko bale naka 1 year na cya d2, then inapply namen ulit for another year, since ayaw namen pauwiin dahil sa COVID

@mugsy27 On process na din yong police check dito ng mother ko. Inapply ko lang kanina sa Australian Federal Police website. Need lang yong passport & birth certificate for a fee of $42. Sana mabilis yong processing kasi within 28 days need na masubmit.

initial assessment palang, sana nga mag approve... kc inisip ko na hindi nmn sila mag rrequest ng additional documents tpos i reject lang nila hehhe.. sana ma aprub, musta na pala @Captain_A

mabilis lang kc inapply ko nung monday, tpos me result na kagabi i mail na lang daw ung cert...

extended kc eh, so bale na consume na ung 1 year, then try namen cyang i-extend for another year while on-shore, yes kailangan according daw sa law...

I just got update also. Sabi country stayed more than a year. Pano yun what if 6 month tpos uwi tpos balik another 6 months sa isang bansa dpat ba straight 1 year or total 1 year khit putol putol. Dapat kuha an din ng PCC?

Hello po! They sent us the grant notification for 6months yesterday. Applied April 18,2020- Approved on July 31,2020. 🙏😀

Musta sa lahat. May case ba dito na nag apply ng extension sa tourist visa ng parent dahil di na gamit due to travel restrictions? Saan nga ba pwede mag send ng email communication regarding visa issues? TIA sa reply. Keep safe.

oh tlga need form 80? case to case basis baka, ung sa mother in-law ko is mga police clearance lang need.. uploaded them yesterday, now "Further Assessment" ung status, hopefully makuha result in the coming days....
