hindi pataasan ng points ang 491. as long as naka pasok ka sa pass mark at nag qualify ka sa requirement for that region pede ka nila bigyan ng ITA ko may slot pa for that visa. yan and aking understanding based on my case previously, dont take it as a professional advise that we can get from MARA agents only.

@batman Thank you po. so pag inisa-isa ko po mga state requirements for 491, applicable sya for both. yun kasi yung problema ko now, yung kailangan nag stay ka muna sa state/region nila. which is medyo mahirap gawin now sakin.

then you cant satisfy that requirement, find another state.

For visa 491 and 190 po kailangan ng invitation sa Skill select bago makapagsubmit ng ROI. Sa Victoria po kasi ako, ang next round na po ng submission for ROI is on May 4-10.

ROI (registration of interest) usually sa victoria ung ganitong term. sa case ko sa NT, naglodge ako application sa MigrationNT portal after maglodge ng EOIsa Skillselect.

nasagot po yang tanong mo somewhere dito sa forum hehe.migration agent ang nagreply. for me, ok na maglodge kung sa tingin mo wala na itataas ang points mo at un na ang max para nakapila na kumbaga kung pagbabasehan ang Date of Effect. kung ready na lahat ng docs, you might as well lodge na.2 years naman validity nyan:-)

good day po sa lahat! would like to ask for the following, hihingi sana ng enlightenment (salamat po in advance sa makakasagot!). If ever si partner ang mag primary applicant for 491, then mag de facto po ako (with english test at positive skills assessment pang add'l pts kay primary applicant), may chance po ba akong makahanap ng work aligned sa skills assessment ko?

Hi Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 . This might be off topic pero want to ask you something. I am under ANZSCO 233211 as Civil Engineer. Civil Engineer in the Philippines includes Structural Engineer. My experience are all under Structural Engineer. When I got assessed by EA, I initially nominated ANZSCO 233214 Structural Engineer. Hoiwever, the governing bodies gave me a message that I cannot be assessed as Structural Engineer because I graduated as Civil Engineer. To shorten the story, I was assessed as Civil Engineer. Now, in my visa application, I indicated that I am under ANZSCO 233211 Civil Engineer, but the job description and details are as Structural Engineer. I had a correspondence with the case officer saying that my job description is not according to the description of ANZSCO 233211 Civil Engineer. Any thoughts on what I should respond to?

Live and work in designated regional area. You can apply for PR visa 191 after 3 years residency and have worked for 3 years earning atleast $53900 annually.

Hello po. May tanong po ako regarding the $53,900 taxable income for 491. Is it to be from your skilled nominated work? I have two jobs po kasi. One is my skilled nominated work and the other is not. If I combined my annual income for my two jobs po kuha po yung $53,900. Pwede po ba yung ganon? or need po talaga sa skilled work lang? Thank you po

Maski hindi sa nominated work mo.. any job will do basta makuha mo yung salary needed to fulfill the taxable income for 491.

Hi mga Kabayan! I'm planning to lodge my EOI next yr. How much po kaya yung show money na kailangan na meron sa bank if magaapply for 491 visa as main applicant?

Btw, wala po kasi akong kamag-anak sa Oz. Kaya sariling sikap talaga. Gusto ko sana sa WA at nalula ako na 20,000 AUD ang need. Ganun din ba sa offshore applicants?

Yes. Most of the time hindi hinahanap yung show money. But kung matyempuhan kang hingan ng CO then wala kang maipakita, magkakaptoblema kang maghanap ng pera to show. Minsan need pa ung money na nasa account mo at least 3-6months. I would recommend u to start saving for this. Hndi man hanapin, at least u have money to start ur life in Australia.
