hi, may nakaexperience na po ba dito na hindi nagrant ng 190 visa? if yes, ano ano po kayanb reason bakit hindi ka mabibigyan ng pr visa? thank you.

Usual reasons lang naman para marefuse sa visa ay kung nagoverclaim ka ng points, bagsak ka sa health or character requirement or nahuli kang nagfalsify ng docs.

Correct me if I'm wrong pero yung sa overclaiming ng points diba prior visa processing makikita na yun ng officers and therefore they will not proceed? Kung yung question ng OP is about during the processing na mismo ng visa (nag bayad na and all, waiting na lang) tapos na decline, usual reasons are failed medical and lying (falsified docs, undisclosed info, failed background check).

A shared experience. A case officer assigned to my colleague did not eveN asked for further evidences of his claimed/certificate or experience as a scientist. His visa was immediately refused. But in his refusal reasons were given that he failed to include/attach in his application. Soo sad that he has to repeat all over again including the PTE.

So to all, always be careful and double check all the claimed points. Back it up with evidence to support. Always double check everything.

Pag ung lodged visa po ba is in "Received" status then you realized na may di naupload na documents, is it ok to upload additional documents kahit wala ka pa contact ni CO?

Yes, that can happen too. All depends on the case officer that’s why best to provide everything from day 1

Usually sa naririning ko, nadadali sa pag claim ng work experience. My specific and strict metric kasi ang DHA sa pag consider ng experience. Maraming intricacies 'to, you have to research a bit pano nila ini- scrutinize.

Mag la lock ang age pag natanggap mo na yung invitation.. for instance, natanggap mo invitation ngayon, 32 ka palang tapos bukas birthday mo, ok yun. 30 points ka. Pero pag natanggap mo ang invitation mismong birthday mo, 33 ka na nun. 25 points nalang.

Mag la lock ang age pag natanggap mo na yung invitation.. for instance, natanggap mo invitation ngayon, 32 ka palang tapos bukas birthday mo, ok yun. 30 points ka. Pero pag natanggap mo ang invitation mismong birthday mo, 33 ka na nun. 25 points nalang.

@shizuoka2020 madalas sa employment sumusobra ng claim. pag may negative record ka sa pulis or korte lalo na criminal case babagsak ka sa character. may mga sakit din na reason ng refusal like HIV atbp.
