Lodging of 491 Visa (State Sponsored)

A blessed day from sunny Singapore!

I am about to lodge my 491 visa. I am just waiting for the NT government to acknowledge receipt of the signed declaration form that I have uploaded onto the NT Migration portal for the ITA to be given and the status on Skillselect to be changed from 'Submitted' to 'Invited'.

From what I have gleaned from various sources, Forms 80 and 1221 are important forms to be uploaded upon visa lodging. Any other forms?

Also, would it be better if I notarised/provided certified copies of all documents?

As one needs to do the uploading very carefully, any tips for me?

Yes those forms are good enough po!

Colored scan is ok as long as original docs para clear po sya.

Careful sa uploading ng docs, once uploaded na, di na sya pwde matanggal po. Make a checklist then tick kung anu na naupload nyo po: pag madami ka docs na upload sa isang file, pede mo ma merge. Check mo number of files to be uploaded kasi kay minimum lang, 60 ata.. Goodluck

Ayy oo nakakakaba talaga sya! Hahahha hindi ahh oks lang naman. Meron pala jan mag pop up na message pag wla ka pa PCC, lagay mo lang reason bakit wala pa. Thej proceed sa lodging..

DIY lang kasi kami, nakaantabay mga ka batch ko dati Dito sa forum nun lodging na kasi panay tanong ako.. Kaya giving back the blessing and gratitude . BTW SG din pala kami.😃

@lecia ,antayin ko na lang ung PCC para isang bagsak hahaha. kaka-approved today ng appeal, so apply ako ng COC later after ng klase ko. maraming salamat talaga. we have been living and working in SG for about 14 years na, so blessing na nainvite sa NT kasi doon lang kami pwede hahaha.

Thank you. @mayhuiso:-) Lodged my application on Dec 9th, 2019. Status changed from 'Awaiting Admin Review' to 'Case Officer Assessment' on Jan 20th, 2020. I received the declaration form on May 19th, 2020 and then signed and uploaded it onto the portal on the same day. I am waiting for them to acknowledge it and then the official ITA will be issued. Naglodge ka rin ba sa NT? What's your occupation code?

@rellim115 I see. Hindi ako naglodge sa NT. Naabutan ako ng COVID cut off. But it's good to know may offshore na mainvite.

@lecia, anjan na kayo sa Australia or papunta pa lang? ilang months after ma-grant ung visa bago kayo nagBM/magBM? SG pala tayo:-)

@rellim115 dito pa sa SG, God’s Grace July na punta namin. Nagvacay lang kami nitong Feb- March sa Sydney. Naghanap kami ng bahay pero nerenovate pa ang nakita ko, tama lang sa July na dating, at school hunting para sa mga bata. Pinili ko central area kasi halos lahat ng hospital accessible pag jan na area. Goodluck sa inyo!!

Yes po pwde mo na umpisahan at magkalkal ng old passports at stamp ng travels nyo. Print ka ng extra page T ata yun pag kulang pages ng travel history.

Pwde ka din mag fill up using pdf editor or pwde din fill up and scan kasi need signature sa huli. ( forms 80 & 1221).
