@netzkeenet hi same situation like you din, single mom, surname ko gamit ng child ko, no communication sa father ng bata. Problem is yung case officer ko hinihingan ako ng consent from child's father or court order if hindi maprovide ang consent. May idea ba kayo sa court order?, tia

@gelai makikisali lang po. napadaan lang. try niyo po pagawa sa attorney nang "Affidavit of care and custody of minor child" tapos pa notarized niyo lang po. hope nkakatulong po ako. yan lang po need sa mga single parent tapos surname po yung gamit nang anak mo.

@gelai ay gnun po so depende pala sa case officer yan kasi ung saken wala na silang hiningi na ganyan. baka pede mo rin i state don sa affidavit mo ung law ng philippines na ang custody ng bata nasa mother kng nde kasal 🙂

hello up ko lang po tong thread. same scenario here. my partner's child which is an illegitimate child from her previous relationship ay hinihingan ng consent form.

we dont have any communication with the biological father eversince na nag buntis partner ko.

We are also thinking of providing an affidavit. may nakagawa na po ba nito?

hello, ngayon na lang ulit ako nakapagbukas ng account ko dito. nope hindi tinanggap saken yung affidavit. If parehas naman kayo ng surname nung bata, then you should secure a single parent's i.d, pwede mo sya iaapply sa munisipyo, then pagawa ka na din ng certification na single parent ka.

@Noodles12 i think depende sa magproprocess ng papers mo kasi ung kakilala ko indi tinanggap ung affidavit nya so kumuha talaga sila ng concent from the biological father though pwd rin naman kumuha ng court order na ikaw ang sole parent ng bata if di na mahagilap ang papa. Sa case ko tinanggap ung affidavit ko saying na i am the sole parent of the child.

For all single parents here, saan nyo iniiwan ung kiddos nyo pag dec holiday? ung 6 years old ko kasi nagaafter school care so pag walang school wala ding school care. Pero ang hirap maghanap ng child care for 6 years old kasi mostly tinatanggap nila is 5 years under

@charishma10 there are provider that has vacation care, bale extension siya ng OSHC. kung may YMCA diyan sa place niyo check mo din. most long day care centres have vacation care service.
