@C0pper we took our medical at SLEC Taguig on 04 Nov, results were reflected in our DHA account on 10 Nov.

Na CO contact na rin po kami for medical. Sa mga nagpa medical po sa Pinas (ex. St. Luke's), ilang days po before nasubmit ng clinic yung result sa DHA?

Iniisip kase namin na magpa medical sa Dec 22 since uuwi kami pero baka inde kami umabot sa Dec 30 (28 days) na deadline. Any advise po?
Pwede naman kayung magpamedical. Kubg di aabot ng 28 days pakita niyo nlng na nagpamedical na kayu ng Dec 22. Usually naman CO bumabalik sila 2-3months after CO so I think aabot yung medical niyo

mukhang madalang ang 491. sa fb group at dito sa forum mostly 190 or 189. Nag lodged ako last month na 491 pero withdraw ko na kc na invite ako ng 189 a day after ako nag ldoged ng 491 haha..

OFW feels no more. 🥰 Permanent Visa (Visa 189) granted last December 1, 2022 🇦🇺.. No Agency, No Problem. as long we have this Pinoy Au Info forum 🥰🥰 a million thanks to all the members of this forum ,, for being very, very patient in sharing all the infos/experiences on how to acquire an 🇦🇺PR visa without paying big money to an immigration agency. this forum helped me so much from self-reviewing for PTE days, creating EOi days, filing OEC for visa 482 , lodging my Visa 189 and etc.. i hope & pray that everyone will get their invite and grants soon 🥰

below is my timeline for my 🇦🇺PR pursuit 2018- started my research , i was an OfW in Dubai, UAE this time..

2019- started gathering documents for the Skills Assessment

august 2019-lodged my skills assesment as arch drafter

december 2019-got a negative skills assessment bcoz i should have applied for ce drafter instead, so reapplied for ce drafter (312211) paid additional 1600aed for re assessment

april 2020- got my positive skills assessment result for ce drafter 🥳

august 2020-self-reviewed for the PTE exams

september 19,2020-passed the PTE exams , PERFECT SCoRE (Superior)

december 2020-passed the NAATI exams(not compulsory, just for additional 5 pts)

december 2020- created an Expression of Interest (EOi) to the Aus govt for Skilled PR visa,, one 189 eoi and 190 for each state,, australia’s border was still closed but noticed they were granting temporary/employment visas instead ,, so created a CV profile at Seek.Au and Indeed.au trying my luck looking for an Australian company to sponsor me. but still no luck

October 2021- decided to go home to PH🇵🇭 for good bcoz i couldnt find a stable job in UAE due to the pandemic

December 2021-an employer from Sydney contacted and intrviewed me via MS teams and hired me after 3 days and informed me they’re willing to sponsor my visa with my daughter.

January 2022- employer lodged my employment visa

March 2022-submitted both UaE and PH police clearance.

May 2022-did our medical examinations in Cebu (13000php for both of us)

May 31, 2022-employment visa 482 granted 🥳🥳

june to august 2022-filed OEC at Poea Cebu costing me 16000php in total 🤪🤪

august 22, 2022- 3days before my flight, i got invited for Skilled Visa 189 from the EOI i created last december 2020.

august 25,2022-flight to sydney

august 26,2022-arrival at Sydney and got again another UAE pcc bcoz it has only 3months expiry

august 27,2022-got the HIV medical exam for me only since visa 482 doesnt require this (80 aus dollars) but used the other medical exams we did last May 2022 for visa 482 since it’s active for 12months

august 28,2022- lodged the PR 189 visa

november 22,2022-purchased another UAE pcc since it expired again

December 1, 2022-PR 189 visa granted 🥰🥰🥰

I applied for 491 (sadly my occupation is not available for 190), so hopefully when we get our grant I can provide feedback.

Hello, sorry for hijacking this thread again for a question.

Para sa mga ofw na need kumuha ng police clearance from their previous host countries, may country ba na ni-require kayo ng correspondence or letter from AU Home Affairs stating that you need a police clearance for visa application? For now kasi di ko ma aatach tong mga clearance na 'to since Japanese and Irish authorities cannot just provide it without "reason" and they need the letter from AU. Pano po ginawa niyo? Thanks!

Hello po! Tanong ko lang. Yung application ba pag once na Received, nagiging Initial Assessment automatically yung status once meron ng request for medical? or Received pa rin yun unless may assigned na sa visa application mo?

For us, sa SG, inattach namin ung ITA for proof na required ng AU ung singapore police clearance.
