Hi po, sa mga applicants with spouse as dependent, need pa din po ba iattach yung mga education and employment related docs nila sa visa lodgement kahit hindi naman nagclaim ng points sa occupation nila?

In my case po kasi spouse english lang naman ang clinaim kong points for skilled migration, pero may mga ififill out din kasing education and employment related questions nung triny kong mag scan through sa visa lodgement application form.

Hello po. Just wanted to ask paano po nilagay nyo sa proof of travel history if nawala yong passport? Di na kasi ma-scan yong stamps. Pwede ba plane tickets or other travel confirmation? Thank you po.

u dont need proof of travel history. ung travel lng na naaalala mo ang ilagay kung wla n tlga passport mo 🙂

In my case, I only submitted yung positive skill assessment ng spouse. The system did not require me to attach education and employment related docs, though the information will be required when you submit the additional docs (Form 80/1221).

I see. Nilagay ko pa rin kasi yong mga countries na nasa nawala kong passport sa travel history ko for the last 10 yrs. I’m planning to supplement it na lang din ng flight itinerary and other booking confirmation as evidences of travel docs. Hopefully wala maging issues.

I don't know if my experience counts since one country lang ang tatak ng old passport ko and I declared it sa form 80 or 1221 not sure na alin sa dalawa. Didn't include sa document attachment. Nagrant naman po ako without any CO contact.

When we lodged our 491 application, we immediately received a "Request for Health Examinations" letter which says "You must respond to this request within 28 days after you are taken to have received this

letter." Does this mean applicants can wait even after 28 days until they get the S56? Or does it work differently for other visa types? We've already done our medicals, so just asking out of curiousity.

Once you receive the s56, you’ll need to respond to it. As to when one receives it is on a case by case basis. Not all applications /cases are ever the same.

Good news for waiting for 189 grant. kaso parang not a good news for 190 and 491.
Clarify ko lang po, so for example ako - invited sa 491, earliest expected na makareceive ako ng grant is 11mos na? tama po ba?

No po. What it means by 11 months ng 25% of applications processed ay yung AGE ng application.

Meaning around January 2022 na-lodge yung 25% of applications na prinocess ng Department of Home Affairs last month.

Same goes sa 50%, 75%, 90%, at 10% of the applications processed.

Those applications are from 2019 at 2020 the most (90% at 75%) so we can conclude na inuubos na nila yung backlogs by how they process the applications.

Kung maubos nila ito by the end of the year, hopefully mas bibilis ang processing time by 2023.

Not necessarily. Medical exam is standard, there is no need for a case officer to determine what needs to be examined. You can always do medicals and police clearances even before the visa application gets assigned to a case officer. However, the common and best practice especially for offshore applicants is to wait for the s56 letter from the case officer. This is to make sure the medical and police clearances are valid upon application decision.

Congrats po sa invite! Based po sa mga nababasa ko dito, yung 60 days po na yun is yung window para makapag lodge ng visa application. Then after mo makapagbayad for visa application, may ipoproduce na HAP ID na gagamitin mo for your medicals. So I think, pwede naman na magpamedical ka after nung 60 days as long as nailodge mo na yung application mo.

hello. may I ask po why my reassessment kayo with ACS? Is it because diploma ung naunang assessment?

Hi, I'm about to lodge palang po our visa. Ask ko lang po kung anong ilalagay sa back view ng passport size photo at need din po sya iupload?
