Sino po ang required mag fill-out ng form 80 and 1221? Ung friend ko kasi na grant ng walang CO contact and di naman nag fill-out ng mga forms na yan, we are wondering anong case para i-require nila yan?

Congratulations po! 🙂 Family of 4 din po kami though last January lang ang lodgement. May I ask po kung saan po kayo nagpamedical and also kung tungkol saan po yung sinubmit nyong notification of incorrect answers?

Kami po hindi nagpass ng form 80 and form 1221. Direct grant naman po. Baka po depende sa CO na mapuntahan niyo.

Alam ko it depends on the assigned case officer, if they want to do further character assessments/info checks. I guess that's why most (including myself) opt to submit na agad, just in case para lang if hingin nga, hindi balik sa bottom of the pile yung application. Form 80 lang sinubmit ko though, I think from my agent's experience yun ang most often na hinihingi. But it's not really required until requested.

Sa Singapore kami nagpa-medical, SATA Bedok.

For the notification of incorrect answers, nagsubmit ako kasi while filling out the Form 80, na-realize ko na may na-misdeclare ako sa character declaration during visa application. I filled out "No" sa question na if I ever overstayed in another country, whereas dapat "Yes" pala kasi nag-overstay ako sa Indonesia for a work travel sometime ago and nalimutan ko na ito. Plus, dinagdag ko under visa refusals ang mga rejection sa PR application ko sa Singapore for transparency.

Thank you @Ellimac ! Yes nagsubmit kami ng bago kasi mae-expire na NBI ni hubby on March 28 at ung akin by April 5. May mga gumawa na rin nga dito kaya ginawa ko na rin. 🙂

Hello po. Magtatanong lng po about sa waiting time ma-grant ng visa? Nag lodge po ng 189 last Nov 18, 2022. Nakita ko po sa global processing time nila na 105 days. Nakakaba po at medyo mahal ang visa hehe. Salamat po sa sasagot. 🙂
